thats a ton of sugar, you'll likely damage the pancreases that way and have diabetes, but you can still have those carbs just get them from more natural sources, rice, yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, even soak the oatmeal in almond milk thats 100 grams of cabs in 1 setting easy.Bottle
