3 pints, 4 cans for pre mixed scotch and coke....How many we talking?
As @Npcclassicphysique champ said, water under the bridge, but it's such a waste and I'd recommend staying away from situations where you aren't 100% confident that you can stay off it.3 pints, 4 cans for pre mixed scotch and coke....
I dont keep alcohol in the house as it will get drunk.

Not much, I think training gurus overplay itBeen following Alexander for a bit, in the start of this video he talks about occlusion training, what are your thoughts?
Also good video overall I thought.
I think training can be simplified more than what we think. Doesn’t need to be complicated. Not much, I think training gurus overplay itthe only gurus I trust are in the EVO family
Example @AE1079 @Mobster @stevesmi @LevButlerov

Thank you.I think training can be simplified more than what we think. Doesn’t need to be complicated.
We can add more stimulus via sets, reps, exercises and multiply these at will to create a training program. I think most of the training tips out there are great, but in a way some of it is just marketing.
Muscles don’t know the difference between certain methods, all it know is that it has to contract and produce contractile force at the end of the day.
In saying that if you find something that works for you and builds tissue then fantastic, you’re winning! Stimulatory inputs for our muscles is so easy to generate and also easy to over stimulate creating a negative recovery process.
Everyone is different. As a example im
Huge in volume, rest pause, and super sets as this gives me the ultimate control over my training and how I adjust it pending biofeedback and results, like I said my body only knows that it needs to produce contractile force under load, so I try and take advantage of that to make sure I’m stimulating and not overdoing it with weight that can lead to injuries. I like to have knobs to turn during the process so I’m always progressing
Agree, but you've got a little too.I rather listen to him![]()
