Small Update: Had Xmas & New Years off!
Back into it starting today, let's look at bloods first, TLDR: Bloods=Good.

Going forwards, I've added a few bits to the stack. Nandrolone (NPP) added starting today for joints (and bulking, after an increase in dosage, pending discussion with Evo Family) and Anavar as a pre-workout. With my previous stack, my E2 was managed and very slowly increasing slightly over time, with the addition of NPP I'm concerned that this will increase my aromatisation so have both Aromasin 10mg & Arimiadex 1mg caps from R & D on hand.

A huge thanks to House Of Gains @ez2plz for his work behind the scene, advise, guidance and continued support... Also thanks to @Sydneycitysupplements for helping me out with the Anavar and NPP, I've been sitting on these for a bit, but bloods and all look good, and I think these are a great combination to the stack, moving it from a weight loss stage into a building stage.
I'm always open to feedback on bloods and drugs, so feel free to share your thoughts or ask questions.
FOOD & WEIGHT
Meals have been a huge topic in our house, as Mrs Jud and I have both been discussing prepping meals and diets. Mrs Jud is a seasoned meal prep'er who was once a vegetarian, more pescatarian to be honest, thank god these days she isn't, but red meat is not a huge part of our diet. Mrs Jud prepares her lunches and dinners on Sundays, usually a rice, veg and protein meal into containers and frozen.
I'll be preparing breakfast and lunch, but haven't worked out what exactly. My current options are:
Breakfast:
Yoghurt and oats with 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries OR Baked beans and hard-boiled egg.
Lunch:
Cold salmon and salad - Fetta and dressing OR Frozen meal from home
Dinner:
Frozen meal
