Also first Delt IM injection done - felt more comfortable than expected.
of course you know this but I suggest not having alcohol with the other medicines you take
I know water under bridge bro but do your best ;)

I used to drink straight up vodka for a while so I get you btw, dry and sober for years now

Thanks, yeah 100% agree.

3 pints, 4 cans for pre mixed scotch and coke....

I dont keep alcohol in the house as it will get drunk.
As @Npcclassicphysique champ said, water under the bridge, but it's such a waste and I'd recommend staying away from situations where you aren't 100% confident that you can stay off it.

Thanks,

Had to share it, as it was a huge failure.

But it was to celebrate that we'll be taking on an employee (as opposed to using contractors) next year.

Onwards and upwards.

I've got to pick up a rescue GSP, we leave on Friday 2000km yeah way, so will be 4 days in the car... Mrs is on food duty! I'll post updates.

Solid bro

Been following Alexander for a bit, in the start of this video he talks about occlusion training, what are your thoughts?

Also good video overall I thought.
Not much, I think training gurus overplay it :) the only gurus I trust are in the EVO family
Example @AE1079 @Mobster @stevesmi @LevButlerov

I think training can be simplified more than what we think. Doesn’t need to be complicated.

We can add more stimulus via sets, reps, exercises and multiply these at will to create a training program. I think most of the training tips out there are great, but in a way some of it is just marketing.
Muscles don’t know the difference between certain methods, all it know is that it has to contract and produce contractile force at the end of the day.
In saying that if you find something that works for you and builds tissue then fantastic, you’re winning! Stimulatory inputs for our muscles is so easy to generate and also easy to over stimulate creating a negative recovery process.

Everyone is different. As a example im
Huge in volume, rest pause, and super sets as this gives me the ultimate control over my training and how I adjust it pending biofeedback and results, like I said my body only knows that it needs to produce contractile force under load, so I try and take advantage of that to make sure I’m stimulating and not overdoing it with weight that can lead to injuries. I like to have knobs to turn during the process so I’m always progressing

And that's why I'm asking!

I dont listen to audio books, so listen to download YouTube while driving. Family hate it, I've enjoyed it...
I think @AE1079 can go on the EVO podcast with his expertise level:)

Thank you.

Simple, functional and easy to execute well is what I know will keep me at it. Alsp I know sometimes novelty can increase or renew interest and this is something that caught my eye for when things get stale.
