Also first Delt IM injection done - felt more comfortable than expected.

I dont keep alcohol in the house as it will get drunk.
As @Npcclassicphysique champ said, water under the bridge, but it's such a waste and I'd recommend staying away from situations where you aren't 100% confident that you can stay off it.

Had to share it, as it was a huge failure.

But it was to celebrate that we'll be taking on an employee (as opposed to using contractors) next year.

I've got to pick up a rescue GSP, we leave on Friday 2000km yeah way, so will be 4 days in the car... Mrs is on food duty! I'll post updates.

I think training can be simplified more than what we think. Doesn’t need to be complicated.

We can add more stimulus via sets, reps, exercises and multiply these at will to create a training program. I think most of the training tips out there are great, but in a way some of it is just marketing.
Muscles don’t know the difference between certain methods, all it know is that it has to contract and produce contractile force at the end of the day.
In saying that if you find something that works for you and builds tissue then fantastic, you’re winning! Stimulatory inputs for our muscles is so easy to generate and also easy to over stimulate creating a negative recovery process.

House move is also complete and we're setting up a gym in the spare room, that needs empting.

Sold my old small bench and getting a bench that's more appropriate. Rubber tiles ect are in the living room for now, just need to dispose of the un needed boxes ect.

Back into it starting today, let's look at bloods first, TLDR: Bloods=Good.

Going forwards, I've added a few bits to the stack. Nandrolone (NPP) added starting today for joints (and bulking, after an increase in dosage, pending discussion with Evo Family) and Anavar as a pre-workout. With my previous stack, my E2 was managed and very slowly increasing slightly over time, with the addition of NPP I'm concerned that this will increase my aromatisation so have both Aromasin 10mg & Arimiadex 1mg caps from R & D on hand.

FOOD & WEIGHT
Meals have been a huge topic in our house, as Mrs Jud and I have both been discussing prepping meals and diets. Mrs Jud is a seasoned meal prep'er who was once a vegetarian, more pescatarian to be honest, thank god these days she isn't, but red meat is not a huge part of our diet. Mrs Jud prepares her lunches and dinners on Sundays, usually a rice, veg and protein meal into containers and frozen.

I'll be preparing breakfast and lunch, but haven't worked out what exactly. My current options are:


Breakfast:
Yoghurt and oats with 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries OR Baked beans and hard-boiled egg.
Lunch:
Cold salmon and salad - Fetta and dressing OR Frozen meal from home
Dinner:
Frozen meal

But I would go low dose 100mgs/week.

On the foods, you should start trying to meal prep meat and fish, not sure your budget right now. See if you can prep your own meals.

Nandrolone in this stack makes so much sense. Also now this can be tailored for bulking, recomposition, or cutting:

Bulking: Increase calorie intake and let NPP and Test drive growth while Primo maintains quality.

Recomp: Use a calorie maintenance diet; NPP supports muscle growth, Primo enhances definition, and Test supports recovery.

Cutting: Lower doses of Test and NPP can still preserve muscle, while Primo helps achieve a lean, aesthetic look.

I'm glad you're jumping on NPP. I think it's under rated. I will never do another cycle without it. My joints feel incredible with it. Even when I go off cycle for 6 weeks my joints still feel good so I think it does have healing properties to it. I just wonder how low of a dose one can go and still get good growth on it. I have used 225mg per week on the last two cycles I've done. I've never used primo but plan to use up to 500mg on my next cycle with some test and NPP.

You should experience some pretty good relief. I hane suffered from alot of bad tendonitis and this stuff just puts it to bed.

Primo and testosterone are an excellent stack. You're gonna enjoy it.
 
Of, honestly, I think some people are just tired of tren.
The side effects are just too insane in the way it messes with your head.
 
i agree with roidrage it really does help with joints using NPP.
plus is fast in and out so doesn't linger like deca.
 
Good job experimenting with these different steroids and seeing how you react to them.

Hopefully, your knees can get in better shape.

The black one is Zoe, the rescue we just picked up. A GSP x Heeler (Aussie cattle dog) and the with the big eyes is Zak, our GSP, a total asshole loves to steal socks and jocks! Hence, the white sock and the sucky look!

Try to bulk purchase food if you can to have savings. I usually buy 50kg bags of chicken breasts frozen, bulk and cheap.

Ive only recently experienced npp as the only 19nor ive injected so far, but man even at 100mg and a couple injections, my anxiety is unbearable to the point it feels like my body is constantly in fight or flight mode, it comes on strong, best way i can describe it is like waves crashing onto rocks, i can feel it building up to a peak and than the wave crashes and the anxiety is just super uncomfortable, you know that feeling you get like you just feel off or weird/different or anxious to a degree it isnt normal ? Typically im mosty laid back go with the flow, with 19nors ive quickly found out especially the fast acting ones like npp, i cant do it, its just not gonna be a fun 10 weeks on cycle, im at the point i just might run 200 test 200 mast and call it a day, the wrose thing you can imo is ride a compound out especially if it drastically alters mood/feeling/anxiety, a little of those things im fine with, but this is not a small amount, its day and night ane hits randomly all day and night, can be fine for hours than bam hits like a truck. I just dont think it is worth it, i enjoy easy, fun and clean enjoyable cycles to make progression on, not feel like im hanging on to the edge of a cliff, hopefully that helps and makes sense.

Is Deca just more popular?
It seems to be the one I’ve read about the most, whereas NPP seems to be used more to help reduce the loading phase of Deca. At least that what I've read mostly.

I have adhd and drugs effect and impact us differently from a mental aspect, i know all to well, with me either the drugs work and i feel good and can handle them, or the drugs make me crash and burn right into the ground no happy medium atleast in my experience, i remember they put me on Adderall when i was a teenager, and after switching from my original adhd medicine, that adderall made me out of control it made me angry violent among other things, if completely changed and flipped my personality, safe to say 2 days later my mom took me off that drug and i went back to my old adhd medicine and i went back to my normal everyday self and was completely fine.

No worries brother i am always 100% transparent and truthful with my own experiences, i detial those experiences in my own logs as well along the way, i dont hide or sugar coat things, these drugs are nothing to play with or be lax about in your approach, these hormones do alot of things within the body and mental and physical, so for me its important i document and help as many people as i can with my real experiences, i couldn't sleep knowing i just pretended that it is all good and no side effects happen, just the right thing to do, now everyone is different and how i feel and react you can be the exact opposite, its nice to see all different sides with different people based on the drug they are taking.
 
There must be some type of anti anxiety meds that help with NPP anxiety issues. I am sure some of the top pro trainers have an idea of what to use.
Everything from high E2, increased prolactin, increased cortisol, CNS stress, inflammation, blood sugar fluctuations, stimulants (pre-workouts) and even dehydration can mess with your neurotransmissions and hormone balances. I'd imagine they're dealing to all these little things that can add up and ending up with a system that can handle it a lot better.

I mean there are anti anxiety meds, but like most things it's the sides, cost and access...

Benzos like diazepam should work but I wouldn't touch them as they are super addictive... ask me how I know... and thats from someone who dosent have any issues with addiction.

Is Deca just more popular?
It seems to be the one I’ve read about the most, whereas NPP seems to be used more to help reduce the loading phase of Deca. At least that what I've read mostly.
I've had issues with npp problems myself, anxiety and all, its not a drug for everyone @juddy
 
Nice going @juddy your log always has interesting discussions which I enjoy learning from also. I’ll also be using npp in my upcoming cycle and always invite others experience to the table, helps knowing what I could be in for. Keep up the solid work brother!

Evo Family, I don't have a gym membership atm and have no intention of getting one for the foreseeable future. But great news is that I have some equipment on the way, the new place has a room that will become our gym. This has made workouts pretty basic as I have very few items atm.

What do I have:
15 Rubber Mats
Dumbbells to 12.5kg
EZ Bar (10kg)
5kg plates
10kg plates
15kg plates

What is coming:

I've recently added SCS's NPP, a new AAS for me, at 100mg per week, administered EOD (every other day). I'm administering NPP using a 29-gauge needle into the delts. It was slow to draw up, but that's expected since I'm using the smallest needle possible, and all oils tend to be slow to draw up. Administered with no issues, starting next week I think I will add this to the Primo/Test vile that I make up every 2 weeks.
I believe I've started to feel joint pain relief, just not in the back or hips, but it's still early days.
Right knee pain at full flexion under weight, so squats are ok and have minimal pain approaching the bottom of the movement, while pushing back up it is painful to start, but pain stops pretty quick.

Longevity Workout: As above no gym atm, so been doing walks, sprints, and swims with the dogs fasted every morning. These are usually 20 to 30 minutes of activity and 10 minutes warm up/down each. Super casual but done each morning of the week except the weekends, where we just walk the beach and play fetch with the dogs.

This morning running into the water at the beach, until I tweaked a hamstring and crashed into the water! I'm limping, but it feels ok, so let's just give it some rest. So no swimming till that hammie feels better, I just walked it off with the dogs along the beach.

You should get your dog DNA tested to see exactly what's in it.

The best cure for anxiety in my experience is hitting the gym hard.
and works great for adhd too cause you get that outlet.
