Update,
So in light of my sprained or torn left lat as I'm still unsure of what I've injured as I'm still waiting to see the osteo. It seems to pain me when I do any pushing or pulling movements that obviously involve engaging my left lat.
So I trained light shoulders yesterday

Shoulder press machine 4 x 10 pyramid up to 55kg e/s Last set drop set
Lateral machine raises 3 x 10 9kg drop seated on the 4th set
Superseded with front barbel raises
3 x 10 17.5 kg
To drop set on the 4th.
Cable lateral raises 3x 10 9kg supersetedwith
3x 10 28.4kg rope face pulls
3x 10 10.2 kg cable rope front raises
Machine shoulder presses two grips
2 x10 32kg 1 x drop setts
I trained light as chest and triceps today

4x 10 45kg incline dumbbell press
4x 10 dips 15kg supported
Supersetted with
4x 10 Machine benchpress 30kg per side
4x 10 Machine flys 81kg
4x10 Upright chest press Arnold machine 65kg to drop set on the 4th
4x 10 triceps extension machine 67kg
I just thought I would go in and see if I could get a bit of a pump today.
Also as I recently smashed my phone and couldn't recover all of my notes on them I have lost my training log



So if anyone can recommend an app that I can log my lifts into without the fear of this happening again in the future where I smash my phone on the door railing and by chance it lands wrong and hits the corner of the screen and totally blacks out. That would be good!?
I started at 97.2kg cruising through October november until i started on the 29th of december this current cycle is going well I've stacked on some.mass in the past two weeks I guess I'm going to get someone else to take these pictures cos they really aren't doing my physique any justice at all currently sitting at about 103kg bit puffy getting stronger qhere my lat witl permit me to lifting heavy.
