I have used alphalabs many times. Have never seen him under dose testosterone. Bloods have always been good on it.

In fact I have sent alpha’s test off for jano testing over 2 different time periods and both have come back over-dosed (both test e and sustanon). Last jano I got in November was his test e 275mg/ml which came back at 298mg/ml.

Just my 2 cents but I’d back alpha very hard

As one of the fellas has already posted the November testing, here’s the August testing for @AlphaLabs sustanon 300mg/ml. Again, no underdosing. Overdosed by ~18mg/ml

Not hijacking the thread just wanted to say I've used AlphaLabs and will continue to use it. Never had bunk gear from him and he left this site in his own accord. Will back that Lab all day long 🔥🔥

Mate the question that @Eddie Haskell seemed to bring up was whether you were on alphalabs test for your recent testosterone results from your bloods.

None of the rest of us think it was alpha, because you said you were running Sydney city supplements for this log. Could you clear up which lab’s test you are currently running?

The last cycle in which my bloods came back i was on alpha labs gear at 500mg test and 600mg tren.
Where the bloods taken when you where on AlphaLabs or Sydney that what there asking? On the bloodwork you post here

No worries that’s where the confusions coming from then. The relevant part to this argument is that you’ve been on Sydney city supplements test for the past 5 weeks, so no point in talking about alpha. You should be around peak saturation on Sydney city supplements test atm

Your T levels are capped my man, look into ordering bloods through imedical for uncapped numbers 👍

Also I'm trying to work out why my white blood cell count is so high!? When I haven't been sick lately at all.

Could it be from me fasting for the test over 14hours!
My doctor is always like what the hell are you doing this week, he said to me the other day, you always cease to amaze me with the things that you do and what your blood tests read as!

I like the more comprehensive test, but they do have more basic (and cheaper) options.
If you can afford to run peds and and gym membership, the cost of blood work is a very small expense. And peace of mind

as SBD said why would they need to test uncapped when 99.999% of people have test numbers well below anything close to the capped number

it would be like uncapping total cholesterol at 1000

also fasting 14 hours wouldn't effect white blood cells. if you prolong fast your white blood cells would actually DROP, not go up.. that is due to autophagy.

you could be sick but not exibiting symptoms or it could be something else going on in your body that you aren't aware of yet. most viruses travel through the body without you even knowing throughout the year.
 
don't ignore high white blood cells.

my Grandma had it and she ended up with cancer.
 
I'm sure you are Perfectly healthy man, don't be scared.
But this is why blood work is important to flag anything that could be going on.
 
in the USA its capped at 1500ng/dl in most bloodwork.
the normal test levels is 300-850ng/dl so most people naturally would never come close to 1500 lol.

I agree with pigsy. Blood work is peace of mind and not sticking your head in the sand.
Most people are not getting it done.
 
I think 90% of people who steroids don't even bother getting their blood work done and don't even bother checking their blood pressure on a daily basis.

It's a huge mistake and it's something that you will come to regret in the future.

Bros, can't you just ask your doctor for blood work and tell him that you're using steroids and you're looking for something where they can test you for uncapped numbers.
Would they even know that the test is capped?! Cos mine didn't even mention it when the results came back!?

@Pigsy i think @Donkey punch stated he was on 500mg running alphalabs gear and on 300mg running sydneycitysupplements gear but seeing the same results. this test is a good reading for 300mg is not?

The testing results are capped at the top of the range in both tests for yours and Alphalabs gear

So we don't actually know how high the levels are.

I would say your 300 test should be >60nmol/L

Alphas 500 of test should come in >130nmol/L

We won't know anything much from these bloods other than there is some unknown amount test in the vials
 
My blood test should be back in full by Monday so I am curious to see what they say, I am certain it will be spot on 🫡

So quick update I'm currently at about 104kg on a diet of about 4,500cals a day.
Consisting of mainly core power foods, fruits, vegies, nuts and protein shakes.
With the odd protein bar in there too!

I actually had nutrigrain cereal thismorning before training just for somw quick carbs before and upper body session.
Which consisted of bench press, gorilla rows, pull ups tricep extensions, and dips just to name a few.

It's my 5th day on it and I'm noticing my skin really clearing up which I had pretty bad acne cos of the hormonal fluctuations.
Could this be the hgh?!

I'm also noticing I'm getting pretty crazy pumps at the gym!

So in light of my sprained or torn left lat as I'm still unsure of what I've injured as I'm still waiting to see the osteo. It seems to pain me when I do any pushing or pulling movements that obviously involve engaging my left lat.

So I trained light shoulders yesterday

Shoulder press machine 4 x 10 pyramid up to 55kg e/s Last set drop set
Lateral machine raises 3 x 10 9kg drop seated on the 4th set
Superseded with front barbel raises
3 x 10 17.5 kg
To drop set on the 4th.
Cable lateral raises 3x 10 9kg supersetedwith
3x 10 28.4kg rope face pulls
3x 10 10.2 kg cable rope front raises
Machine shoulder presses two grips
2 x10 32kg 1 x drop setts


I trained light as chest and triceps today

4x 10 45kg incline dumbbell press
4x 10 dips 15kg supported
Supersetted with
4x 10 Machine benchpress 30kg per side
4x 10 Machine flys 81kg
4x10 Upright chest press Arnold machine 65kg to drop set on the 4th

I just thought I would go in and see if I could get a bit of a pump today.

Also as I recently smashed my phone and couldn't recover all of my notes on them I have lost my training log 😪😫😩😢

So if anyone can recommend an app that I can log my lifts into without the fear of this happening again in the future where I smash my phone on the door railing and by chance it lands wrong and hits the corner of the screen and totally blacks out. That would be good!?

Definitely get your injury diagnosed properly.
This way, you will know exactly what's going on and you can train around it.
 
If you think you tore a muscle, you should not be training on it.

It's only gonna tear it more, and you mean end up needing surgery or worse.
 
You look fantastic in your pictures man. We just don't want to see any setbacks.
 
Don't push things too far, if you are injured.

It's hard to resist because you're getting great results but you have to take a step back.
 
light chest and triceps are is smart. keep the weight light when you have an injury.
 
if it hurts you need to stop right away.

and let us know what your diagnosis is.
 
A small muscle tear will heal if you let it heal. If you keep pounding away, it will actually grow and get worse.
 
Definitely follow up with this on the blood work.

And great job on this training. You put in some good work. sorry about the phone issue, hopefully you didn't lose your data.

Thanks bro I just started on 1.5mg of bpc 157 and TB500 1.5mg Ed for three days then 1mg Ed after that!

I'll look into the infrared lamp too, it's slightly getting better even though it hurts a bit when I sneeze or cough!
