Approved Log First Log - Test E, Primo, Anavar, Winstrol and Clen - 12 week cutting cycle

Updates for the thumb: avulsion fracture so not terrible but not ideal either - tiny bit of the bone between joint broke off which is still causing lingering pain and giving me grief when gripping objects.

Gym wise - with the thumb I haven’t really been as the pain makes holding things difficult.

Still been keeping up with the cardio tho 🦾

Food wise, still on track and eating pretty much the same meals.

post breakfast: 250g mince, 250g potatoes and some sauce for flavour with pineapple to help disgestion cause the little man said it helps @BigCheese2000

In your case you really need to sleep or nap more, and I liked your leg day but not sure volume.

Yeah sleep has been horrid for a while. I'm getting to bed around 9/9:30pm and I'm up at 4:30am

Sleep aids other than GH? Not really. I've been snoring a lot and its been affecting my sleep quality

I've never been a snorer so I'm not sure why all of a sudden I am snoring.

Volume wise was good 👍🏼 will remember to add the weights next time! 💀

if you snore maybe you got sleep apnea, did you test this?

For sleep aids, add valerian root, magnesium and melatonin. @CypherOCE

Anyway, but if an update. Been hitting the gym whenever I can, both AM and PM sessions.

Usually CARDIO/GYM, work and then GYM again seems to be the current split. Also helping my wife get back into the gym so taking her on the PM sessions every MWF 🤓

I hit back last night, the gym she goes to isn’t ideal for workout but nonetheless has most equipment you’d need for a suitable workout.

extensions for lower back (have a slight niggle in my lower back so haven’t been squatting or deadlifting anything)

Further updates: haven’t completely solved my water retention issue, but seems to be a combination of cialis and GH causes me to hold onto a lot of water in my lower legs so have stopped both.

While it’s still sorta there it isn’t nearly as bad as it was before.

Other than that, everything else has been going really well. No issues whatsoever with @ODINLABS gear. Still powering through the remaining test and mast cycle before I jet off to Spain in mid May.

Currently on ED jabs and feeling much more level, pumps at the gym have been consistently good and work load is getting worse not better 😂 but still powering through and getting it all done despite the limited time available to do everything

Demands for 5 day cycle too high 😂 I’ve redone their program and it’s still needs polishing but I’ll get it even better since we’re finished with the podium levels 😈

Yeah it’s a pain in the ass! I can’t narrow down a definite cause other than GH and Cialis - but the extended break from anything gear that is coming up I hope will be a good reset for the body.

Ive looked at my biceps and thought about it, then i think again and say nope lol, when i was really green, i pinned my pecs twice which apparently is a big no no, who knew 😂
 
Ironically, as I'm typing this in my office, I hated working indoors full time. And I get others to do the building work
I hate being in the office 😂 I do all the admin work that work needs when I do my own builds so I didn’t want to do it for a job

Swapped to a more supervisor role out on construction sites and it’s much more enjoyable I think

Hahaha doctor said I may struggle since I had the motorbike accident! But no harm in trying anyway

Going to try PCT once I get back from holidays and only use the HCG / HMG when I get back.

I estimate it should be about 3/4 months but obviously depends on many factors

I've always known proviron to be linked with higher fertility and building healthy swimmers/more swimmers.

3 weeks until I jet off to España and Portugal which is super exciting! Haven’t had a proper holidays in years 😂 will post photos etc from the hikes and views from the mountains

Log will naturally come to an end soon which is sad but I will be posting a fertility log for the AUS bros benefit so we can track fertility with HCG / HMG etc with sperm tests

I don’t believe we’ve ever had a log like this so it will be super interesting for me to keep track of everything and fill in the bros on how things go after cycling and how long it can take and the costs involved etc
@CypherOCE bro you look good! and i got 16 kids (most mine we think) and i been on gear a long time. so it can be done i proof but i got strong texas red blooded sperm

Keeps the fire burning! My wife doesn’t understand that drive for more and more

She’s already satisfied whereas I’m always thinking damn I should’ve dreamed bigger whenever I hit a goal 😂 it’s a relentless hunger and desire to check achieving more not because you want to show off, just because the journey is more rewarding than the end result

@CypherOCE i've dated a type A before, she was military vet and crazy. it doesn't work when both people are type A's.

she would drive me crazy wanting to get up early to go workout on the weekends. spend 2 hours in the gym when i was ready to go home and eat after an hour.

so there is alwyas someone more type A then you out there lol
