Approved Log First Log - Test E, Primo, Anavar, Winstrol and Clen - 12 week cutting cycle

Hit a quick legs session this morning - one of those ones were you struggle to get up and out of the house 😂

4 x leg extensions
4 x seated leg curls
3 x squats
3 x leg press
2 x hack squat

Good session overall, definitely feeling it 😂 now onto a full day at work 🫠

Yesterdays steps and sleep is below - pretty average day felt lethargic after the gym so the steps are considerably lacking 😂

@CypherOCE you didnt sleep enough this is the issue. 5 hours, did you have issues waking up? and are you taking sleep aids?
In your case you really need to sleep or nap more, and I liked your leg day but not sure volume.

did you see @BigCheese2000 is back?

Yeah sleep has been horrid for a while. I'm getting to bed around 9/9:30pm and I'm up at 4:30am

Sleep aids other than GH? Not really. I've been snoring a lot and its been affecting my sleep quality

I've never been a snorer so I'm not sure why all of a sudden I am snoring.

Volume wise was good 👍🏼 will remember to add the weights next time! 💀

GH not a sleep aid lol
if you snore maybe you got sleep apnea, did you test this?

For sleep aids, add valerian root, magnesium and melatonin. @CypherOCE
 
Hit chest again this morning was feeling much better than yesterday and I woke up before my alarm 😂 only 5 hours of sleep though, not ideal but during the week it can't really be helped. I usually catch up from Friday - Sunday.

Chest session was good, great lump towards the end once I hit the cables.

sorry guys been super busy with work of late - who would’ve guessed building buildings can zap you mentally 😂

Anyway, but if an update. Been hitting the gym whenever I can, both AM and PM sessions.

Usually CARDIO/GYM, work and then GYM again seems to be the current split. Also helping my wife get back into the gym so taking her on the PM sessions every MWF 🤓

I hit back last night, the gym she goes to isn’t ideal for workout but nonetheless has most equipment you’d need for a suitable workout.

Lat pulldown
80kg x 8
2 sets

Seated row
70kg x 8
2 sets

T bar row
55kg x 8
2 sets

extensions for lower back (have a slight niggle in my lower back so haven’t been squatting or deadlifting anything)

Bodyweight while holding 10kg weight

Cable curls
15kg x 10
3 sets

Hammer curls
32kg x 10
3 sets

Reverse curls
AMRAP

Forearms curls
AMRAP

Further updates: haven’t completely solved my water retention issue, but seems to be a combination of cialis and GH causes me to hold onto a lot of water in my lower legs so have stopped both.

While it’s still sorta there it isn’t nearly as bad as it was before.

Other than that, everything else has been going really well. No issues whatsoever with @ODINLABS gear. Still powering through the remaining test and mast cycle before I jet off to Spain in mid May.

Currently on ED jabs and feeling much more level, pumps at the gym have been consistently good and work load is getting worse not better 😂 but still powering through and getting it all done despite the limited time available to do everything
 
Most people won't understand the demand of working for a company like yours so hats off to ya for still getting shit done outside of that brother!
Was considering ed pins or eod to se how i felt but I honestly cant be fucked pinning that often hahahaha. See how i go next cycle maybe 😌
