• Neck Circles + Tucks


• Cat-Cow


• Thoracic Rotations


Shoulders & Hips:


• Shoulder Dislocates (band)


• Arm Circles + Scapular Push-Ups


• Hip CARs


• World’s Greatest Stretch



Lower Body:


• Deep Squat Hold – 2 min


• Hamstring Scoops


• Couch Stretch (each leg)


• Ankle Rocks

Calisthenics Circuit (2 rounds – 30–60 sec rest)

  1. Pull-Ups – 10 reps
  2. Push-Ups – 20 reps
  3. Bodyweight Squats – 30 reps
  4. Walking Lunges – 12/leg

Weekly injections

Appetite is way down. Took all day to finish a whole chicken(not normal for me 😂). Went to Taco Bell because partner wanted to and I had no interest in eating at all. Burping more frequently. Definitely working!
