Awesome starting point, have fun getting huge
Thank you brother!
Been busting my ass trying to get a foundation back, it all started again because honestly I was ashamed with myself looking at where I'd let myself go and wanted to be proud in photos of myself with my son and family.
🙏

Great to have you on board the UGL OZ team! 💪

Thank you for the rundown and pleasure to meet you!

Well I started peds again on march 11. After around 6/7years, test and mast p I wanted to do a little recomp before the Easter long weekend with family! They were the "do what you know, and use who you know and trust" and I wanted to be clear with what I was taking for full transparency of the log as for the title ill ask to get it corrected to the cycle I'll be starting my blast which will include ***Test - Eq - Tbol & Gh,*** doses to be adjusted vased off responses... all of these new to me aside from the test of course!
So I'm keen to see how it goes. I will be starting the cycle above whe. I get back from a work trip on the 15th!
And I'll be sure to include everything that you've pointed out to make for a respectable log!

Thank you very much man!
but no more tren for me brother, I used it when I was 22 y/o
Trying to do things a better way this time around with longevity as the goal!
-it did cause gyno issues due to my own ignorance and additionally a poor choice of previous coach and I will have that sorted when I'm confident that I'm ready to begin a prep In the future!
Hope you follow along mate 🙏💪

@R M sust and mast are a great stack. i like the lean gains and the recomping action

Afternoon all,
Today's session/what I consider a rest day— cardio and abs.
I hit 3 supersets of:
• Crunches
• Lying leg raises
• Back-supported leg raises
Followed by a 1-hour walk on the treadmill at 4 km/h with a 7.5% incline Coach’s orders!
***Watching the Netflix Doc Gold and greed to pass time***

To be honest I’ve always been slack on cardio, but when it’s on the plan, I get it done.
Today is also meal prep day for my 9-day work swing.
Macros for the week:
314C | 244P | 80F — 2997 kcal

I like to prep and portion out all my meats and dry goods (oats, granola), while I cook rice fresh every couple of days aswell as stir fry veg and my eggs!
Attached: meal prep
Coach provides the numbers, and I put the plan together. I’ve always preferred it this way—it means I enjoy every meal while still hitting the targets. That said, I prefer to stick with the same core foods every day.

On a positive note, my wife helped with prep today made things alot quicker!

Thanks alot man, hope you enjoy the journey! Finding a balance is the tricky bit especially with my work schedule, often I'm training at 4/4:30 am so I don't lose the valuable family time in the afternoons, which as result affects energy levels when training but this following week I'm working away so I'll be back to after work sessions!
Happy gains brother!

Mon: 79.85 kg

Tue: 81.00 kg

Wed: 80.85 kg

Thu: 80.50 kg

Fri: 80.30 kg

Initial spike from the calorie bump, followed by a steady taper—curious to see where I land for Sunday check-ins. Digestion feels solid, so fingers crossed for another carb bump soon!

Afternoon Physique Photos (Not Fasted)

Very well hydrated!
Personally, my main goals are to bring up the legs and arms on this blast which are the weaker points I find in my development.

Definitely not pre prep yet, but thank you!
in my mind I'm basically planning for atleast 3 growing stages before I go on a prep again,
I'd really love to be a serious competitor and weight wise I have atleast 7/13 kg (lean)
Depending on if I go for MP at my height or try my hand in classic
I hope with alot of grinding I can reach those goals the right way by next year! If not just keep working until I do.
Thismorning I am currently 300g up on last sunday Fasted!
This is a picture fasted from thismorning for comparison on those photos from lastnight full and carbed up

I also need to address the nips prior to competing again, none of it is recent I did have it dusont puberty, and in my early 20s had made it worse with poor use of peds

You one of the Oz members who work a week or so away at a time?
Yeah mate, My roster is 10on4off, I'd say I'm away atleast 6 months of the year makes it quite difficult finding a different gym depending on where I end up because it's quite regional at times but there's always one.
Luckily this place has a commercial gym it's just basic but can make it work!

Hey team, just a quick update after a chat with coach today
We have earnt another 50G carb bump!
my body seems to be handling the calories extremely well so i decided to throw in some rice cakes with my usual banana pre workout and some Queens Sugar free chocolate topping for a nice little treat, damn i enjoyed it much more than i was expecting.
Attached is also the numbers and how i chose to put them together
Keen to keep this metabolism pumping so I can break the 4k+ mark!
***4more days until I'm home and I get to start the blast cycle officially****
My wife will send me photos as soon aauthentic package arrives so lookouts for a nice bit of monday/Tuesday GearP***
Hope everyone's having a great week and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the support I'm getting here you're all motivating me more then I could imagine
EVO LOVE 💪

@R M nice work big guy. Keep the updates coming

Hey Family!

Just a quick one to start the week off (mid-week for me).

Yesterday was an easy one — abs and cardio:

Standard triple superset of:
• Lying leg raises
• Crunches
• Back-supported leg raises

Followed by 1 hour on the treadmill at 4km/h with a 4.5% incline.

Today was a great chest day — really feeling the extra carbs with the blood flow!
Rep ranges were 8–12 as usual, aside from bodyweight sets:

3 x Push-ups to failure

3 x Incline dumbbell press

3 x Incline machine press

3 x Cable crossovers

3 x Incline flys

2 x Machine chest press (last set was a drop set to finish)

Then moved into triceps:

3 x Rope pushdowns

3 x Straight bar pushdowns

Making the most of what I have here - I’ll be back in my home gym on Thursday.

Attached some photos from today. I’ll be sure to upload proper check-in photos once I’m back so progress will be clearer for everyone!

Thanks again for all the support - just a few more days until the blast begins. Can’t wait!

Struggling to find eggs here so tough times means heading to mcdonalds first thing in the morning to get some 😅

Doing great Bru

Can’t wait!

Struggling to find eggs here so tough times means heading to mcdonalds first thing in the morning to get some 😅
@R M the volume is good, but any weights?

You look great tight abs but why no eggs there? you're remote or what? :D

Tricky part about my home gym is that all pin loaded machines go off a Level guide 1-x without weights listed but I'll sort it out 💪

Saturday Check-In

Morning everyone!

Today’s fasted weight: 81.95 kg — the scale is moving up steadily, just what we wanted. I'm happy see some development in my legs, and strength has been increasing significantly. We’re pushing hard toward our goals!

Diet & Training:
I’ve been sticking to the 3200-calorie plan, and it's been working great — full pumps and solid energy in the gym. Training has been a bit up and down due to work and travel, but I’m still giving it my all. Happy to be training at my home gym until next Friday.
Stuck to the plan 100% — locked in as always. I’ll provide any updates to macros or the meal plan after reviewing everything with the coach.

PED's

500 mg/week Testosterone

400 mg/week Equipoise (EQ)

40 mg/day Turinabol (pre-workout)

3 IU/day HGH (evenings)

Next bloodwork will be done four weeks into EQ to monitor how my body is responding.

Thanks for following along - hope you’re all reaching your targets!

Hey Lev attached yesterday's Hamstring and Calves
As well as pre blast bloods,
Were actually hoping the eq will control my aromitisation as those results were on lower test!
Note I also added 3 sets of Adductors
Full stack to failure -resistance isn't too high on machine available
My last bloods 2 weeks ago my e2 was sitting at 214 & prog 8 I run on the high side without noticeable sides but I plan to have Bloods to monitor E2 1 month into this cycle, with my schedule that will fall on the 13th of June, I will do them monthly!

I said this before, equipoise is not an anti-estrogen, this is a myth I've seen. You need to get an Ai in there asap like aromasin. @R M

Your progesterone is also high strange.

You won't go wrong with this. Keep up the good work. 82 kg, you are shredded.

There is a lot of evidence of EQ bringing E2 down 🤔 Why would an AI be needed?

Usually people are saying Mast brings E2 down, which isn’t correct, but I’ve not heard people say that EQ doesn’t.
