Fridays injection smooth again no pain haven’t lost any noticeable strength going back to cruise dose be interesting to see where I’m sitting in a couple more weeks.
Been eating pretty clean weights still maintaining around 90kg happy with my cals where they are for now.

I do the rep range my coach advises.
The REF is formula for 1 rep max. The exercises programmed don’t have a proper formula for 1 rep max.
You’ll see next to my squats it has the 1 rep max according to what my RPE is.
Does that make sense?

Yeah that’s what be this cruise is about getting myself back to normal ranges. Getting BP in check giving the body a good rest.
Try sports TRT with some eq :D

Maybe next cruise I’ll look into it. I don’t know enough about eq.

Motivation is down so my levels are coming back to base line or just below I’m feeling. I’ll find out in two more weeks.
Feel like putting in a big order with @bigdawg1 and blasting again at this point😂
