Bit late to start training this week missed a day last week. Work has taken priority because I need money for more gear. Anyway see below for todays session sponsored by simple jack.

Day 1 and 2 this is the new routine?
Nah same routine bro. I go 3 days weights and 3 days cardio.
New block coming next month you’ll see some different training then. We are just recovering from a small back injury hence the mediocre training.

Trap bar dead lift
Bulgarian split squat DB
Tbar Kelso shrug
Tbar row narrow grip
Copenhagen plank lift

Last week of recovery block back into some normal training next week.

3am wake up
90.6kg

Day 1
High bar squat with band
Bench with pause
Tbar wide grip with top pause
DB FFE split squat
Floor DB fly
Half kneeing side bend

Bloods come back see photos below. @bigdawg1 gear is good to go. My test levels were 27.5 before jumping on the gas 2 years ago I’m back to base line at 125mg a week. Time to increase to test to 200mg a week.
All other markers in range except AST 42 and ALT 50. Worth mentioning I had a bit a blow out on the piss on the weekend.

I have E2 LCMS test to come back @Corn Gromwell might need some help deciphering it 😂

oestrogen is with in range so I’ll leave primo at 200mg a week for now.

@Limros This is a good update. The training session looks very strong. Good to see that your estrogen is within range.
