New block coming next month you’ll see some different training then. We are just recovering from a small back injury hence the mediocre training.

Been training in the afternoons lately. Hard to get up and train in the cold morning. Hard to get motivated at all.
Eating has been whack lately let my self go still sitting at 90kg. See train in g below

Firstly thanks to Notorious Labs for having me on board. @bigdawg1 reached out after @Wheelhouse87 mentioned me in his thread cheers legends 💪🏼

I compete in powerlifting so SBD style training is what you’ll see here. I’ve got a coach who programs my training. I do my own nutrition. Im not very strict but what I’m doing works for me for now.

Normally squat and bench twice a week and deadlifts on day 3. All complemented with some accessory’s of course.

Cardio on my non lift days minimum 3 days a week.
1 day 35-40 mins zone 2 cardio.
2 days HIIT on assault bike 30s on 90s active recovery 21-25 mins total.

I plan to cruise on 125mg test and 200-300mg primo split into MWF injections for the next 3 months.

Bloods will be done in around 4 weeks stay tuned for an update. Hoping everything looks alright and this sets me up for a big blast August through to November (my last comp for the year).

Back to jacking it 2 times a day test levels are optimal for training. Feeling strong a recovering nicely in between.
Once my ratings back on track I’ll start to prep for a blast in August. But Im enjoying the slight elevation I’m T levels for now.
