I compete in powerlifting so SBD style training is what you’ll see here. I’ve got a coach who programs my training. I do my own nutrition. Im not very strict but what I’m doing works for me for now.
Normally squat and bench twice a week and deadlifts on day 3. All complemented with some accessory’s of course.
Cardio on my non lift days minimum 3 days a week.
1 day 35-40 mins zone 2 cardio.
2 days HIIT on assault bike 30s on 90s active recovery 21-25 mins total.
I plan to cruise on 125mg test and 200-300mg primo split into MWF injections for the next 3 months.
Bloods will be done in around 4 weeks stay tuned for an update. Hoping everything looks alright and this sets me up for a big blast August through to November (my last comp for the year).
