Bloods come back see photos below. @bigdawg1 gear is good to go. My test levels were 27.5 before jumping on the gas 2 years ago I’m back to base line at 125mg a week. Time to increase to test to 200mg a week.
All other markers in range except AST 42 and ALT 50. Worth mentioning I had a bit a blow out on the piss on the weekend.

I have E2 LCMS test to come back @Corn Gromwell might need some help deciphering it 😂

oestrogen is with in range so I’ll leave primo at 200mg a week for now.

@Limros this is an excellent training session. and i like how you lay out the bloodwork. your free testosterone is super high vs. your total test. that is thanks to lower shbg

@Limros thanks for posting up this info. its a good reference point. your free test is outpacing your total test. that is good! many people don't check their free test

sex hormone binding globulin. we want it lower to get a higher free test level
