deadlifts are looking strong. 3 plates is a good workout to push. i like the shrugs as well.

@RoidRageWife not bad at all on this training. i like it. one of the cool things about deadlifts are the strength changes it can have all over your body
When you get strong with those, it seems like your whole body gets stronger.
 
Why the variation?
Cuz I don’t want my body to forget sumo. I always competed lifted sumo. My hip was bothering me I started doing conventional deads. Closer feet stance in squats. Didn’t hurt but not sure I can pull same weight in comp. Never done convention in comp. Sumo along with conv. warms up my whole hip area want to see how my hips feeling doing sumo. Test it out on warm ups. I prob gonna go with conventional at this point for comp. Tho.

Thanks Thats how I feel too. Best overall full body exercise imo. Great core. Squats I feel similar about also. Full body. Takes a lot outta you to train both. 💪🌸

your welcome but please no more flowers responding to me. you just don't give guys like me flowers its disrespectful to your husband and it gives me PTSD. one time one of my ex wife's coworkers sent her flowers for valentines day and i found out about it and i went to her work and threw the guy out of the office window and i got arrested.

sorry I will. I just have a bad history with women. my ex wife and daughter really messed me up. i wake up with that pain everyday but thankfully the bodybuilding has saved my life. its the 1 thing i have that my ex wife can't take away from me
