Thanks @kcates july 19th. Me too. I’ve gotta make weight! I’m very close to American record for deadlifts so my goal has been to get back to my PR of 385lbs in 2018!! I’m only 20lb away I got 4 weeks. 380.3lbs is American record If I don’t make weight then it’s 429.9!! Which I will get at some point. 💪

Finishing up week 4 of training for comp. Today finally starting to feel a bit of power kick in. It was only upper body accessory day and will most likely be last time for the 4th day training. We’re going to a 3 day training week. Start lowering accessory sets soon. I did decide to throw in 5mg Anavar daily hoping this would help me feel a bit more power in my lifts. So that could be what I’m feeling today too or coincidence. Only 4 weeks left So wanted to have all at my disposal vs upping what I’m already pinning. So first time I’ve done Var with mix. Before I ran Var then swapped to npp. Also Creatine switched to HCL form. Squats tomorrow. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

PEDs week 5-8
Test cyp 15mg weekly
NPP 12.5mg weekly
Primo 37.5mg weekly
Anavar 5mg daily (might up if needed)
HGH 3iu 5/2 split
Cardarine 20mg daily
Cialis 10mg workout days only.
@RoidRageWife Not sure how I feel about females using this much gear. Steroids should be used by mostly men. You gotta be careful about the side effects. Maybe update us on that more.
 
I actually had an EMG test done last year to check that cuz I have had one sided wrist issues sometimes tingles or numb but not always but my rehab doc said she wanted to see if it was the nerves in my neck vs carpal. No carpal tunnel. Had good test. 👍

I’ve done small cycles in past. I know my body well. This is 2/3 of cc total of low dose gear. I’ve chosen what I take based on the anabolic and androgenic sides being very low! Im not taking anything close to as much as female bodybuilders take. And I’m not an average level recreational lifter or bodybuilder. I consider myself to be a top performing athlete for my age and I plan to get at least one American Record in powerlifting at this meet. So Im not fucking around! Im not going to jeopardize my female traits I dont plan on transitioning! Im post menopausal as well. So I take what I’m doing very seriously. I have been watching my side effects very closely with each cycle I have run. I appreciate your concern though @Ulter. This is why I post. So others can look see they it doesn’t take much for women to benefit. Happy lifting

Did my planned 10lb increase on squats 3x3. Felt good last set I started to feel fatigue. Was leaning forward some little wobbly in legs. But felt satisfied. Did walkouts with a static holds wow that felt heavy!! Not ever done they heavy of a walk out before. Was very happy bout that. Glad to give my system a taste of the future. Ok happy lifting everyone! 💪🌸

and she would likely get a lot of cat calls walking into the gym
one time a wife dropped off her husbands weight training belt cause he forget it at home and she got cat called so bad she ran out crying
so i'm uncomfortable seeing women training alongside me. the other day a chick asked me if i was done with the squat rack and i wasn't sure what to say. i shook my head in disgust and walked out of the gym got into my car and left extremely angry and pounded my steering wheel with my fist

back in my day it was unheard of for females to dare set foot into a gym. the first gyms i went to as a teen you rarely saw a female. and if you did see her it was cause she was dropping off her husbands lunch pale for the day

You’re coming around @Ulter. I never was intimidated by the guys at the gym! I remember at golds gym when I needed a spot on flat bench with just 85 lbs asked a Bodybuilder guy for a spot cuz Mr RR was in AK working. He spotted me with just 2 fingers was funny. Had no problems spotting me that was the 90s. Ulter you gotta support your people . No fear of what might be different. It builds character. You will gain more respect from the ladies. I get it though.

my ex wife used to stalk me at the gym with binoculars from her car and look inside to make sure i wasn't talking to other women
the way i learned about this is the gym owner showed me the footage and said it happens a lot to guys. the women get super jealous and insecure cause we look so damn good

I am moving forward with my views. i realize they are alienating the women i love. my daughter is still mad at me though. how can i get her to forgive me for what happened at thanksgiving when i called her husband a poosy cause he didn't want to watch football and cut the turkey with an electric knife?
