Approved Log Fattys first log - Skin tightening and leg growing

Holidays begin today so that’s pretty much it with this cut, diet will be whatever for the next 3 weeks but probably still under maintenance. Around 5kg down in 6 weeks or so.

While away I’ll be running 200t 300m 20mg anavar and 3iu hgh just to keep things chugging along.

95.5kg which is kind of what I anticipated, once I am back and have a routine again I’d like to be this lean at about 98kg I think and will work towards that with @Core Pharma for the rest of the year with a very similar blast to what I just used.

Yeah ive always wanted the opportunity, Japan and the cherry blossoms have been high on my list and experiencing the food and culture

Beautiful country, cool people had a great time. Down to 91kg which is a 4kg drop which is pretty good considering my diet was Dutch biscuits and nose beers for 5 days. Managed to get afew training sessions in with some old school gear like this thing.

Feeling pretty good considering, back to regular training and afew weeks of maintenance and mobility work before another push. 91kg but likely fill out to 94ish overnight. Today after a quick full body after. Jumping off the plane.

Dosages 175test, 300mast, 5iu hgh for awhile until after a upcoming wedding where I can really get stuck into a blast.

Legs

First proper session back so took it lightly and kept everything around 3rir.

Warm up:
Single leg glute bridges 3x15
KOT split squats 3x15

Seated hamstring curls: 15,15,12
Leg extension: 15,15,15
Hack squat: 80kg 13,12,12
Standing unweighted lunges to failure on both legs.
Laying hamstring curls: 12,12

back and knees feel great shockingly considering the amount of flying and moving recently. My entire recovery at 36 from 40000 steps a day and a week long bender has been remarkable, I am a seasoned pro and I have turned around quicker this time than my 20s and my @Core Pharma peptides BPC and TB500 are really the only changes I’ve made. Next time in December ill be bringing my oils, hgh, semax, selnak and Bpc as well as properly staying on top of my hydration and seeing if I can improve on this again without losing so much scale weight and serotonin.

Likely going to take a light day tomorrow and just hit calves and glutes. Body feels like a bottomless pit for food and I think I am going to listen to it for awhile and avoid fasting for a week or so and really try fill out as much as possible.
