📝Week 2 - Day 6📝

Today was a rest day, so nothing too exciting to report. Mood, energy and general wellbeing definitely on the upswing today though 😁

😋 Food 😋

Breakfast - Chobani yogurt with whey and collagen protein powder, and rolled oats
Morning Snack - Cappuccino with skim milk and 1/2 protein bar.
Lunch - Chicken, sweet potato and broccoli
Afternoon snack - half a banana and a small chocolate
Dinner - Oven fish, oven curly fries and salad
Dessert - small chocolate

I had my Reta shot today, so my appetite was down, but I was also very busy.

The weather was nice this evening so I went for a walk. Summer nights with a cool breeze 😍

Felt really good today. The combination of a couple good workouts in a row, followed by a rest day has really given me a mental and mood boost!

I’ve been thinking of pausing the Anavar after week 4. Even though I’m using a small amount, and only 4 times a week, I want to minimise any health concerns.

I see in other logs that people take time off the oral steroids, and I think that maybe a 2 week break after 4 weeks might be a good move.

Happy to hear thoughts on that ☝️

Another early gym session to start the day 💪

It was a hot day today, the first one in a while and the heat really took it out of me. I had a pretty action packed day, and running around in the sun all day was exhausting!

Lunch - Chicken, sweet potato and broccoli with a kiwi fruit.
Afternoon snack - half a banana and a small chocolate

Drank way over 3lt of water today.

I’ve got some Oreo grenade protein bars coming soon! They are easily the best protein bar!

Today was pull day. I think my arms are really starting to take on some more noticeable shape.

Honey, I dropped a BAG on the best air conditioning system I could get! 😆😆
I have found that maintenance is most important with an air conditioner. Even if you spend a lot of money on a good one, you still need to maintain it properly otherwise you can end up with issues. @Sheshredz

If you want an endless summer, just come to the Northern hemisphere. The other half of the year you'll never get away from summer and vice versa. If you want cool weather year round, do the opposite. That's a legitimate snowbird right there. @Sheshredz

Time off if you don't feel you need the Anavar makes total sense. Why add risk if it's not necessary and you're feeling strong. I only took my Anavar sublingually on training days and it worked great for me.

I look for the frozen fish fillets from the frozen section with the lowest fat and carbs 🤣

Woke up today with a bit of a headache. It went away during the day but then came back tonight. My hydration is good and I don’t feel “sick”, just a weird thing I noticed.

Morning Snack - Cold Brew iced coffee with whey and collagen protein powder.
Lunch - Chicken, sweet potato and broccoli with kiwi fruit.
Afternoon snack - Beef jerky.
Dinner - Pasta with 1 small piece of garlic bread.

I often reflect on my food for the day. I know it’s probably annoying that I don’t track calories or macros, but it looks like I eat very healthy. I cook and prepare all my own food. The only thing I like is the occasional small fun sized chocolate. But I’m happy with just one. A box lasts me forever 🤣

💪Exercise💪

6k steps - which I find weird. I have a gym session and even went for a walk during the day for some fresh air and sunshine. My NEAT must have been really down.

Today was legs 2.
Plate loaded leg press 80kg x 8 (3 sets)
Back extension 10kg plate x 10 (3 sets)
Machine leg extension 25kg x 10, 27.5kg x 8, 10
Machine abductor 40kg x 10 (3 sets)
Calf raise 100kg x 12 (3 sets)

I feel good, strong and capable. Getting a bit more confident and really having fun.

I did actually have a can of a pre workout energy drink before my session. Got it as a free sample. Optimum nutrition amino energy. Only 113 caffeine so nothing wild. It did give me a noticeable boost. The other sample I had was for a powder that had 436 milligrams of caffeine. I think that would probably kill me 😱

Its a DHT drug, which causes hairloss in some people, right? 😨Hopefully the HGH will start kicking in and get my hair looking good. Otherwise i might need to drop the anavar all together 😢

Really?? It was always prescription only in NZ and people would grab a bunch when over in Australia on holiday but four months ago they made it OTC and also legalised medical magic mushrooms at the same time. What was the reason in Australia?
 
I noticed a greater than normal amount of hair shedding in the shower today. An amount that is pretty concerning. Could this be the anavar? Its a DHT drug, which causes hairloss in some people, right? 😨Hopefully the HGH will start kicking in and get my hair looking good. Otherwise i might need to drop the anavar all together 😢

I'd stop until you got it tested. Anavar is the most faked drug I've personally encountered and just today an NZ source was suspended for selling fake anavar. It was lab tested and shown to be Winstrol, and that is known to cause hair loss more than most others - it's famous for it.

I really wanted to try it until I found that out... can't risk my precious man-bun 😁

Are you in Australia? I'll try find out how you can get it tested - in NZ I just figured out recently you can get it done via the needle exchange for free, on the spot testing and full lab if wanted. Here's my thread about the getting some testosterone oils tested last week.

My kid ate about 20 1mg melatonin jellys and it had the opposite effect , completely wired for 12hrs
You can still get it legally. Just ask your doctor and if you say “I’ve had it before” they normally just tick the box 😂

Last night I took 2mg of melatonin to help with the bad sleep I had been having, and i think it made a pretty positive impact.

When you drink our bodies prioritise metabolising the alcohol as it is a poison.
While this process is taking place every other macro nutrient cant be utilised and gets stored as fat.
so you have a few wines and some cheeky food that high and calorie dense its and easy way to tank 2-3k cals in a weekend.
Now if your weekly deficit is only around that number, guess what the whole weeks effort was a write off.
Im not saying dont enjoy yourself here and there but if your doing it more then once a month whilst your in structure you may find your moving backwards without knowing it.

I can really only drink 2 standard drinks. Thats my limit. Im not much of a drinker, i usually enjoy the rare glass of wine with a nice meal.

You're on the money though. The boozey nights catchup up on people. Ages you bad too! 🤮

Yes you're assumption that any alcohol will effect your sleep is right. If you wear any type of fitness tracker and track your sleep you'll see that even 1 beer will throw off your sleep metrics. Even for me at 190lbs I get effected by 1 drink. Tracking this is actually what led to me eventually saying no more drinking at all. It just isn't worth it to me to mess up my recovery for 1 drink and no buzz. If I do drink again I'm going all in or nothing lol.

Tracking macros is a great idea. Especially if you're looking to maintain your hard work. Tracking keeps you more accountable and dialed in. It will also help you figure out how to manipulate your body weight going forward. Takes all the guess work out of everything. No more can I have an ice cream tonight or should I skip it lol.

Although I can’t find smaller bottles cause a 10mg vial that’s good for 30 days would have a large waste. Nice log so far

You can do it lol, it'll be the biggest thing that can be manipulated at this stage, good work on stopping the Var, if you start it again might be worth while getting one of those voice tone trackers. PT at the gym got virilization of low dose var and so she says there was no warning signs.

Lasts ages mate , just keep it in the fridge , .5mg would be 20 weeks. Mrs done 1mg a week and felt like same potency at the end.
@ZenithHealth has 5mg vials as well

i take 3mg a week (I’ve built up to this over a long time). I take 1mg Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

DHEA is definitely more indicated for females as the GodMother of all prohormones

I think it can be a real positive thing but if you ever felt any sort of weirdness creeping in you could always stop. Tracking macros isn't addictive like most other things haha. Macrofactor can make it really easy too with their Ai. You just take a picture of your meal and it's pretty accurate. It's good for people who aren't too too hardcore cuz you don't need to weigh all your stuff and it's gives you a solid idea of your eating habits.

Well first off I don't like that it was liquid anavar and second anavar is faked enough that it's entirely possible it wasn't anavar especially in this climate of a raw shortage. I'd like to see her order some 2.5mg tabs of real avavar. @UGL OZ has 10mg tabs so she could pill splice those in quarters I suppose.

Yeah, I agree with the @UGL OZ suggestion, then she'd have confidence it's proper gear from the Evo verification system.

Hair falling out isn't generally an Anavar thing at all right? One of the fakes just had nothing and the others I saw the results from were stanozolol which is pretty notorious for hair loss and why I avoid it.

Any androgenic activity can cause hairloss but Anavar is pretty much the lowest on the totem pole for a high conversion to DHT (the hair loss culprit) and isn't very androgenic either hence it being tailor made for women who aren't pros.

I think you could be right because winstrol could smash hair off you that fast, anavar shouldn't.

One girl I talked to I think was saved by the Winstrol also being underdosed 😂 but that's a guess, the type of testing most people do in NZ isn't purity testing, only shows all the active compounds and heavy metals and contaminates. And one girl's pills were only filler, those were in a blister pack.

My criteria for injecting it is the expected compound is detected, that no other compounds were detected, and that no heavy metals or contaminates were detected.

But accurate dosing is much more important for woman and even with legit gear if they were overdosed that could be an issue.. I'm going to have a look into how much it would cost to do purity testing after @kitchenaid suggested we might be able to chip in as a group and get batches tested.

I finally got the use the re-usable peptide pen that @RRRaus sent me. But i didnt hold it against my skin long enough and when i pulled it out a bunch of reta was still squirting out. WHOOPS 😭
Kiwi fruit + jerky is an awesome little snack.

Re. Anavar - what was your motivation for choosing it as an anabolic alongside the HGH?

If you find that pulling it out stops the hair shedding, but you still want to maintain a cycle, then 2 - 3mg of testosterone/ week might be an appropriate replacement :)

Should put you slightly supraphysiological - and a low dose should also come with minimal risk of viralisation (though you'll have to test), and synergise exceptionally well with the GH.

But accurate dosing is much more important for woman and even with legit gear if they were overdosed that could be an issue.. I'm going to have a look into how much it would cost to do purity testing after @kitchenaid suggested we might be able to chip in as a group and get batches tested.

Re. Anavar - what was your motivation for choosing it as an anabolic alongside the HGH?

If you find that pulling it out stops the hair shedding, but you still want to maintain a cycle, then 2 - 3mg of testosterone/ week might be an appropriate replacement :)

Should put you slightly supraphysiological - and a low dose should also come with minimal risk of viralisation (though you'll have to test), and synergise exceptionally well with the GH.

Well, im 47 kilos (103.4 pounds). So going by the general rule of 2 grams per kilo, or 1 gram per pound of protein to bodyweight, im over that range.

I recover fine :)

@food mix is solid. i like a lot of whole foods options. that is good. only thing i would change is swap out almond milk for raw coconut milk !

Please do. Jeez I have some anavar here in 5mg tabs just sitting here I wish I could just send it to you. I don't hardly ever recommend PED's to girls but you're so well committed to this and workout hard enough at such a lean base and low weight that I think you'd love real anavar at 2.5mg on training days. If you get it tested and it comes back legit then at least you know anavar is off the table for you with the hair and we can focus on other options.

Ya muscle makes a person look more dense/strong because you don't look 103.4lbs at all. Your muscle makes you not look like a 100lb girl anyone could just throw around. (Not saying you look 'big' :ROFLMAO: just the muscle is deceiving and you don't look like a 100lb'er)
 
Shame about the Var - I reckon you have the build to get some good muscle from it. I guess other options would be very low dose T or primo if you end up going that way - otherwise I'm sure the GH would make a difference. I thought the HGH would promote hair growth but perhaps not on your head, and you have a sensible dose too.

I have a small frame. I am pretty "petite", but the arms and legs are probably more thick than most 100 pound girls. 💪

It's awesome you're tracking macros for us now because this ratio is perfect for you imo. You can definitely up the calories if you want to put on some muscle and recover better. This might be on the low end of your BMR for a female at 103lbs at your height and in your 30's who also trains hard.
