Small shift in water weight from first check in, as check in was after a rest day initially
Weekly average was 103.

Had a run in with some gastro on Sunday, weighed in Sunday morning at 105.9 lost a bit of weight over that day, slowly refilling glycogen and rehydrating over these past few days, weight is back up today on 19th as 104.6
All lifts still up this week which is good to see.

Slight jump on weekly BG, because of the day prior lack of food and forced feed back to normal cals day after.

Day after gastro BG shit down to 5.2 which is good and shows glucose clearance with less food volume


will need to keep an eye on BP with addition of EQ, all seeming fine so far


Strength / Endurance Changes:
Strength and endurance already up with EQ

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Still in a nice lean state to grow. Full hard and strong
Pumps are ridiculous with slin now. Vascularity already starting to pop with EQ

Still holding a lean state despite caloric jump and pushing food hard. Filling out and visually growing quickly

Recovery Speed:
Recovery is on point. Ready to nail each session, no tiredness soreness or fatigue

Physique Notes:
Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost and still in a spot to push hard


Physical:
still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400


Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food


Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticable

Joints starting to feel better from TB and bpc, tennis elbow in right arm feeling a lot better, hopefully to clear soon


Old neck back and knee injuries and niggles feeling amazing in comparison to what they were

Yeah I am surprised myself with the volume and body comp currently . This is definitely a wild lean bulk stack
 
Unless you've a competition coming up be flexible re the 8 week push. Meaning if you're still gaining push to 9 or 10 if need be

Definitely an increase in endurance. Even in overall day to day fatigue as I am in a job where I am very active on my feet.

Physique Notes:
Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost and still in a spot to push hard

still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400


Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing


Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food

Great addition with new peds and peps, bulk is coming along well, very happy with strength and body comp

Had a run in with a gastro issue. Have had a prolonged bout of loose stools for around 8 days due to reta and gastric emptying, introduced physllic husk at 1 tablespoon today.
Symptoms seem to be easing by day 9

Adjustments Needed:

Re assess bloodwork on week 7

Watch BG stays at a reasonable level

Had a run in with some gastro on Sunday, weighed in Sunday morning at 105.9 lost a bit of weight over that day, slowly refilling glycogen and rehydrating over these past few days, weight is back up today on 19th as 104.6
All lifts still up this week which is good to see.
Visually just look a tad leaner which isn't a bad thing.

Slight jump on weekly BG, because of the day prior lack of food and forced feed back to normal cals day after.

Day after gastro BG shit down to 5.2 which is good and shows glucose clearance with less food volume


will need to keep an eye on BP with addition of EQ, all seeming fine so far


Strength / Endurance Changes:
Strength and endurance already up with EQ

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Still in a nice lean state to grow. Full hard and strong
Pumps are ridiculous with slin now. Vascularity already starting to pop with EQ

Still holding a lean state despite caloric jump and pushing food hard. Filling out and visually growing quickly

Recovery Speed:
Recovery is on point. Ready to nail each session, no tiredness soreness or fatigue

Physique Notes:
Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost and still in a spot to push hard


Physical:
still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400


Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food


Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticable

Joints starting to feel better from TB and bpc, tennis elbow in right arm feeling a lot better, hopefully to clear soon


Old neck back and knee injuries and niggles feeling amazing in comparison to what they were


Sexual: increased drive and urge especially waking in the morning

Ya bro. I know about CoQ10 because I used to have heart issues when I drank myself to death feeling sorry for myself. We take CoQ10 for its conversion to the active ingredient Ubiquinol. CoQ10 is like those old 'prohormones' that we used to take to get the conversion to testosterone. It converts first to ubiquinone and then to ubiquinol. Just go right to the jugular and take Ubiquinol straight up. 200mg uniquinol ED is giving the body a full dose of the active ingredient. It can even re-oxidize back to ubiquinone if the ubiquinol requirements are exhausted in the cells existing metabolic state. Both derivatives of CoQ10 are useful but CoQ10 itself isn't useful until it's derived into one it's two derivatives.

It's a powerful antioxidant that has some data in helping with those that have had congestive heart failure, statin-related symptoms, and there's limited evidence that it can help reduce blood glucose levels and support health cholesterol markers. My cardiologist says the "jury is still out" but I'm more into what we uncover here on EVO than what doctors think they know.
