@Noob4gainz Definitely when you're on gear it can throw things off, man. Some of these numbers are off, but they're not that off by a lot so I wouldn't freak out.

I signed up for every 2 months plus every 6 with my trt doctor for atleast the next year while adding compounds I worry about my elevated ldl it’s been high for a few years.

Honestly I don’t know what to up at this point I am upping red yeast rice 1 pill for another 600mg but other than that what I listed is all I can find as far as recommended doses. I see n2gaurd touted so much on here and want to get it but no fish oil, the dosing for some of this stuff seems so minimal and seems like a great overall supp but not specifically good at any 1 thing. So I’m lost in this arena. Doing the best research I can

wow that is great you can do dips. Those are really important exercises. I usually do them just about every workout at the end of a pushing split. @Noob4gainz
Dips seem to be one of the best body weight exercises out there for chest and triceps. The elbow pain just held me back for years until recently.

Woke up 173lbs, in body scan (Doubt it’s accurate) showing 13%. Started this journey at over 20% 10 weeks ago. can see the 6 abs now all day which I’m loving. Continued to make smart choices like passing on coworkers birthday cake today, passing on the works catered Mexican food today instead eating chicken and rice. Hard choices for me but I am dedicated for now. I can officially say this is the best shape of my life.

This mornings workout was suppose to be squat bar 100 reps then 100 Bulgarian split squats. My hamstrings, glute, and lower back are messed up still from a previous leg day I hurt myself on so I opted to do Goblet squats. First time making a substitution on this program in 10 weeks so a little disappointed but needed to adapt. So I supersetted 10 reps of a 30# Dumbell goblet squat to immediately 10 reps each leg of Bulgarian split squats body weight but deep and controlled. I did 100 reps each exercise then called it since my back hurt too much for cardio or a finisher. After work going to do 45 min on my spin bike for today’s cardio.

Question for those of experience, my arms are very veiny now and I’m liking it. Is it from the Masteron or lower body fat? Lowest I have ever been was 15%.
 
Another great couple of days.

Today’s workout was
-100 Standing Strict Shoulder Presses for time @95lbs. Time: 15:16. Got distracted talking to someone in-between.
-50 dips
-I worked in 4 sets of 10 of ab wheel rollouts
-45 min incline walk. Yesterday I did (2) one hour incline walks split up into two sessions.

A year ago I completely gave up doing dips cause my elbows hurt doing them so much. 2-3 cycles of BPC 157 and I can easily knock out 100 of them in a session.

Weight was 173 this morning foods been on point this week so far. 2.5 weeks left of this coach then I’m on my own until spring when I start my hypertrophy split goal to 10%BF is well under way 🔥. I’ll likely run his program back through December then begin to get ready for March 1 log not sure yet.
@Noob4gainz standing straight shoulder presses at 95 lbs is really nice. You did 100 of them. Just make sure you're warming up thoroughly and you're doing some nice stretching after that so you don't tear up your shoulder.
 
I think they are an exercise that is great but not really something you should do if longevity as an older lifter is something you want to preserve. I am enjoying them but not something I’m gonna incorporate into my next program this spring for now just to save my elbows. That BPC157/TB500 at 1mg daily for 2 weeks then .500mg for a while really works amazing.
i 100% agree they do not get easier as they get older and it's easy to really tear something in your shoulder. I've seen guys tear their pectorals as well. @Noob4gainz

You handled that substitution clean with the 30lbs goblet squats into bodyweight Bulgarians and still got the work in even with the back flare so that is discipline. :D @Noob4gainz
The arm veins are from lower body fat showing through is good news, masteron will make you vascular!

Yes for sure I started at 180 mg a week down to 140 now and I will likely reduce that to 120-130 mg a week to reduce need for longterm AI use. I think this is my longterm effective dose that is gonna be the sweet spot. Luckily my doctor is great and doesn’t push the limits he genuinely cares about my health and even has caught some cancers in my friends saving their lives,

For sure. The main issue is straining your organs when you're running too much and plus it's long term. I see this problem happening a lot, especially with anti-aging clinics. People are getting put on way too much. It's going to just shorten your lifespan.

yeah just be careful not to do too many to hurt your shoulders

Solid home session - sometimes a bodyweight session is underrated, nice abs coming through too
 
Ok maybe I overlooked that or saw it’s well under the recommended 2-3k dose. In your opinion does it eliminate need for other stuff is this all I should start with is 7 cals of this stuff? My vitamin regiment is on my previous page I believe

I sit around 15% and when I add Mast the veins come out even more. I have naturally thick veins in my forearms and barely visible bicep veins but with mast I had them on my fucking abs even! Anything more than 15% and I doubt the mast could break through but you're right at that sweet spot where the mast can help out with vascularity.

Good job getting bloodwork done as well, we can worry more about it once you're off cycle and retest. And go easy on those shoulders cowboy!

Thanks. Good to know not used to the elevated lab results but I’m sure it will all work out I’m taking the supps pretty easy as is.

How does my T to E2 look? Any adjustments to Test and Mast recommended I’m at 300/300 and pinning 2 times a week currently and taking 1mg of Arimadex a week but switching to aromasin. Any recommendations on AI dosing off this?
Most ranges for estradiol are anywhere from 10-43 pg/ml so your e2 is quite high. There's no real T:e2 ratio that matters or tells you anything; your T being outside the range or even off the charts can be fine on cycle as well as freeT but your e2 should be kept in check. You could mitigate your high e2 with aromasin assuming you have it on hand? I didn't see that you did though in your log.

Yes for sure this is why I give my 78 yr old Father TRT and keep him just above mid range.
No TD yet from hgh that starts next week and planning 3iu a day for the year. I do have aromison on hand thinking 12.5 eod. Or just using up my arimidex which I’m doing .5mg 2 times a week.

3iu is a good dose.

If your e2 is that high with .5 adex e3d then I'd finish it off with 1mg e3d and get your e2 down then report back here and @ tag me and we'll start the aromasin. Your doses are high and you're obviously aromatizing beyond the current AI mitigation you've got on board.

Thanks I really appreciate it. Yes even on TRT dose of 140mg I aromotise at over 70 estrodial so I must just aromatise more than the average. I will try your advice. Next blood in 2 months.

Thanks. I am taking 3000mg of omega 3 daily just switched to some good krill oil caps I just got also. Not a huge fish fan but like the nut ideas and avocado, thank you.
 
Leg workout is crazy light. The sooner you can up that the more you'll grow all over
I do agree it’s light. He loves the high volume training and it’s just not possible with heavier weights I’d burn out in 3 sets. I do agree that when I see my best overall growth I’m hitting legs hard and heavy. I will be incorporating this into my training very shortly here. I’m also in a pretty severe deficit 500 calories plus another 3-400 with cardio and my strength has definitely gone down heal after 10 weeks.

Ya is been nice training this way. I think I would like more of a mix though with some higher volume being mixed in but it’s difficult for sure. Each day I want to quit and then before I know it I’m half done and then it’s over. I also seem to of hurt my lower back, glutes doing 100 Bulgarian split squats the other day and now I can’t shake this minor injury and it’s now holding me back.

Workout and 30 min cardio done. Will do another 30 min cardio tonight likely incline walk. I think I took Reta too far upped to 1mg Mon, We’d, Fri and have zero appetite this morning to get my protein in. Gonna have to dial it back to 2.

Took 3IU of HGH and made me sick felt like I was going to throw up for several hours. Same reaction I had first time I took Reta. Last night did it again and nothing so hopefully the shock is over. It’s clean HGH so that’s not it likely just body taking it in first time.

I jumped from 171 to 175 so not sure what’s going on with that I did over eat last two days but not 4lbs worth so that’s a bummer abs hidden again lol. 165 is gonna be the sweet spot I know it. That sounds skinny I know but really liking the new look hopefully can keep it and get up to 180 next year.

It seems like fat loss is moving slowly now been stuck at 171-174 for 2 weeks now any suggestions? Really wanted to hit 169-170 by next week for my 12 week cut goal but either way I’m keeping it going for longer and really doesn’t matter if I hit it next week or a month from now. These are the best pics I can get with removing my tatts but they’re accurate as in composition for sure.

Fat loss slowing at this point is normal so drop carbs a bit or add cardio imo

The 3iu GH can easily add 2-4lbs of water in a few days so that softer look is just fluid not fat.

Looking nice and lean, sometimes a refeed can help after long dieting to drop a bit more - or up the cardio

Sometimes the scale can be deceiving brother. It's a metric we can use, but not the only one. I've you've recently introduced another compound or peptide that will increase water retention + drive additional lipolysis and muscle growth then you'll have a small bump in scale weight followed by a recomp, especially if it's a pathway you haven't used before.

I am going into my final week of my initial 12 week cut. Current cut:

-Beginning weight 193 @ 17.9% body fat (In body)

-Ending weight 174 @ 12.2 % body fat (In body scan)

-Dosing: 300 Test, 400 Mast E a week IM daily injections.

-Adjustments made: Sex drive crashed, felt not as motivated as my TRT dose. Switched to 300/300 and IM Monday/Thursday. Three weeks later everything was feeling great again! Added Anavar, increased arimidex to 1mg a week, Added HGH (Instant 4lb weight gain from this in 3 days).

-Program reflection: As my program went on from my coach the reps increase. I ended up hurting my lower back, glutes, and/or hamstrings on a lower body day where I did 100 Bulgarian split squats, 100 squats, 100 lunges. Too much and I froze my muscles up and still hurting now severely limiting my ability on lower body moving forward until this heals.My program was great just too much intensity for my body. My pull-ups and dips increased to where I can do 100 of each in 30 min session. Great pull-up success!!

I am going into my final week of my initial 12 week cut. Current cut:

-Beginning weight 193 @ 17.9% body fat (In body)

-Ending weight 174 @ 12.2 % body fat (In body scan)

-Dosing: 300 Test, 400 Mast E a week IM daily injections.

-Adjustments made: Sex drive crashed, felt not as motivated as my TRT dose. Switched to 300/300 and IM Monday/Thursday. Three weeks later everything was feeling great again! Added Anavar, increased arimidex to 1mg a week, Added HGH (Instant 4lb weight gain from this in 3 days).

-Program reflection: As my program went on from my coach the reps increase. I ended up hurting my lower back, glutes, and/or hamstrings on a lower body day where I did 100 Bulgarian split squats, 100 squats, 100 lunges. Too much and I froze my muscles up and still hurting now severely limiting my ability on lower body moving forward until this heals.My program was great just too much intensity for my body. My pull-ups and dips increased to where I can do 100 of each in 30 min session. Great pull-up success!!

Diet at 1900 with 200 g protein is a bit low IMO but not sure lets get your macros up more, @R.AP bring up his macros lets get his cardio up :D

Ya everything changed with daily injections I thought it was going to be better and maybe I didn’t stick to it long enough but after my biweekly injections on the higher dose I feel amazing for days after each larger injection so biweekly is definitely for me, if I start using more then 3 times a week but wasn’t a fan of daily

Also what statin would you recommend for cycle support my LDL has been high for multiple years. Will be speaking a calcium score test soon.

I went and saw a doc for Telmisartin, turns out my BP monitor was out of calibration , BP was perfect , maybe get a second opinion first
Thanks a paramedic has been checking it with their expensive machine who I know and last to doctor visits it was high but I’ll start writing down the results I don’t know exact number off top of my head but it’s always in hypertension levels. I assumed from the AAS is what I just thought maybe I’m wrong

Even bringing in Telmisartin, we should always be trying to help a healthier bp with diet and cardio too.
It is a long time at stage 1 hyper though
 
do you take a daily Cialis? even just 5mg a day can make a difference as it dilates the blood vessels a bit and has many health benefits.

Not sure on brand it’s 5mg daily from my actual doctor so it’s pharmacy grade. Not taking aspirin, ordered n2gaurd today after reading your write up amd listening to podcast

You can take both too. I take krill, omega 3's and Alaskan salmon whole fish oil. Load up baby!

Mine is Rx cialis too, 5mg. You won't regret N2Guard bro I just posted proof in my log that it reverses shitty bloodwork and really helps organs and lipid levels.
