Lets get back on TRT and some cardarine will be a start and add more as we go @GabsJust ordered cardarine. I'll give it a go with the test at trt dose for now and once bloods clear ill up to 250mg and throw in 20mg anavar daily and see how i respond after 4 weeks. If all is good and bloods are still sweet maybe ill drop the anavar then throw in the boldenone acetate I have and finish with mast p at the end of cycle.
Main focus now is getting health right so I can stay on track this time
Equipoise is an awesome steroid. A lot of people are going towards it the last few years. i have a lot of respect for it. @Gabs its not bad at all on sides and mild at 400mgs a weekBoys im unsure on where to start once I recommence cycle. I dont want to end up sick and off cycle again and was thinking the cycle i was on may have be a bit too much to jump back into after my recovery.
I was thinking test, eq but I havent used eq before so unsure of the effects on bloods and if its suitable right now.
Thought ill ease back into it with something mild but not sure where to start.

Been noticing some dizziness towards the end of my session and afterwards but im in a defecit and carbs are only 180 per day mainly pre and post training but i think i need to up carbs on meal 2 before pre workout meal.
Apart from that ive dropped 2% body fat since ive been sick and maintained slightly above trt dose (165mg per week) and havent lost muscle (actually gained a bit this week).
Rebound is looking really good however I think i'll need another week before I recommence cycle.
Bloods look pretty good to me considering what they looks like last week..

So basically I have advanced arthritis in both shoulders which causes degeneration of the cartridge. Essentially theres barely any cartridge left now in my shoulders and its bone on bone. Ive got pieces of chipped bone some up to 12mm floating around in there.
Ain't great but cortisone injections help briefly. Lowering my estrogen is a killer as well as estrogen lubes it up a lot better.

They recommend i hold off until in 40, they cant believe the condition of my shoulders at my age. I'll try everything else until they figure out a better way to fix the issue. I was running aromasin 12.5mg e4d for 2 weeks leading up the the test (tested day after I was meant to take my next dose). Clearly is wasnt keeping up so I took 25mg as a start and will go to 12.5mg eod moving forward. Water retention dropped significantly day after the dose which was good.
Ive never dealt with high prolactin so not sure if lowering estrogen will sort it out entirely..
I also stopped anavar 4 days before the test

What im confused about it ive had high h2 before, Im naturally a high aromatiser but never had high prolactin..Lowering your estrogen will most likely lower your prolactin too, the important part is your not having symptoms, but e2 can stimulate prolactin yes

This is a great start to this log. @Gabs seeing where you were, seeing where you are, and then having a goal of going where you want to go is very important.I havent given a background to this log and it was probably lackint but just a comparison to where i was at october 2024. Its been a i only started back in the gym consistently june this year but pulled back after 8 weeks due to an injury.
Then had the above issues can more set backs.

@Gabs bros, thanks a lot for posting these pictures. I got out of shape like hell after my injury when I fell through a ceiling doing my plumbing job. It took me two years to get back so it's good to see where you were before. Make sure you put in the consistency in the gym that will yield the conditioning and that will really help your body. It's going to take some time but keep at it and be consistent. @Gabs

Thanks man. If you saw where I was before I let myself go you would understand why it hurt a lot more and why the goal post keeps moving.
