Approved Log My life changing Journey

Okay so not alot Thursday, rest day today but was super tired due to some bad sleep previous so had an extra hour in bed which my recovery and sleep liked alot.
Ate my OMAD meal at work that hasnt changed, photo attached or it didnt happen :)
Had a work event this evening so went to that so no walking, didn't touch the platters going around but did have a couple of Pepsi Max's, i know, i know. i need to kick the coffee and the Pepsi Max and i will.
Will be back to the gym tomorrow.
What was good was that it has been a while since i have seen some of the customers in person and they were commenting on how much i have changed and how good i look, i still dont see or feel that yet but was a nice feeling and what was in my head was.....

Okay so Tuesday done, did a training session this morning with 5 in elliptical and then 20 mins speed 4 incline 4 as i was running late for work, made it up later by completing a speed fit class and then doing a nice walk 14k steps 💪

Couldnt get chicken drumsticks so the wings had to do, just salt and were pretty damn good.

Thanks to @Gold Standard Labs for sorting me out with the Aromasin, Gentleman and a Scholar.

@waggat MT2 will let you know, i am a ranga so i have the skin colour with is a cross between a ghost and a light bulb so it may take all the MT2 in China to give me colour but we will see.

@s.gentz supps added Psyllium added from tomorrow and ill pick up some Citrus Bergamot tomorrow.

No nothing yet but @Dreamer mentioned the important bitbof seeing the big orange thing in the sky, being a ranga i have a fear of that and second i am a desk jocky so will try and brave it at lunch

You dont need much man, 10-15 minutes on the spots you want to tan, just when your skin starts feeling warm will do it.

I had to look up ranga hahaha. That mt2 will work for you. You won’t burn. That stuff made me look like a blue eyed brown person for real. I think it darkened my beard a little, which was already blonde, red, and grey. Now it’s brown too hahaha. You take enough mt2 you won’t be a red head anymore

No hair to worry about anymore just the beard but that isngoing white ;)

Back to the gym in the morning so will chuck an update tomorrow. oh forgot i braved the the big orange fire in the sky, havent had chance to see if i have gone red yet, seriously i get sunburnt when its cloudy. Did about 10-15 so baby steps

Okay so Saturday done, training this morning, run the kids around in Dad's taxi, had my OMAD and the had a old man nap for 2 hrs, just as i went to go out on my evening stroll when a fire call came in for a vehicle fire so that was attended instead of the stroll so didn't hit my 10k.
Back to the gym in the morning so will chuck an update tomorrow. oh forgot i braved the the big orange fire in the sky, havent had chance to see if i have gone red yet, seriously i get sunburnt when its cloudy. Did about 10-15 so baby steps
What’s your motivation for MT2? To avoid sunburn? It’s going to work really good. I predict you’ll get a little red like you used to at first, and the next day you’ll be tan. For me, it was easy to overdo it and I wanted it out of my body because I’m in the sun all day everyday, I was turning a strange skin tone, not my normal tan. I’m not sure if what I had was the best, it was causing me low back pain every time I took it, then stop and it would slowly go away, take it again, came right back.

Yeah I’m sure if we’re using good sources we’ll all be fine. I’ve only known one other person to get an inflammatory reaction from a peptide like that and it was bpc157. An irl friend. I’m glad to have vetted sources now 😮‍💨

@JasonM50 speaking of naps that is what i should have done today! those come in handy on the weekends for sure. and its a great cheat code to recovery
 
Finally got the right strips so did a ketone test as well as a glucose as i have 100 of the bloody things
Pretty happy with that, BGL is also in the good range for fasting blood test.

ketosis is good. means you are burning body fat. i would be curious to see where the number goes after a keto meal @JasonM50

Thanks for all your kind words of encouragement, the feedback and support from you all in the Evo family helped me push through today, woke up felt super tired and also major muscle ache on my inner right thigh, new exercise and @Gains Man is a task master :) joking he points and i guess i pushed to hard on a new exercise, skipped doing a leg day and did a chest instead, felt alot weaker but got some Gold badges on @Gains Man app for training so must have still done something right, i know some days stronger than others so didn't let it get to me. Jumped on the treadmill after and was a little struggle and niggled all day, seems to have loosened up this evening as just did a 1/2 stroll at a slower speed but didnt feel too bad.

Slight tweak to the PEDS, nothing new just some changes on days and volumes, will do an update photo on the 20th as that's when the speedfit challenge that im doing finishes. Not that im finishing on that date, i am on a mission now.

Did the usual food with the OMAD, not finding it as much as a struggle to finish the food and started feeling slightly hungrier, should remember to mention that to coach as maybe a slight tweak to Reta? @Gains Man (sorry tagged you like 3 times, getting carried away :).

Yeah speed fit is a suite that is a full body tens machine and while you exercise it pulses conyracting your muscles so i guess you can say on purpose

i used to use one of those things that have pads on my muscles. it used to help me with pain @JasonM50 it would work but the battery would drain super fast
 
Wednesday done, training done, OMAD done, didnt do steps as went to watch my daughter play netball, aparantly shouting throat punch her is not very sportsmanly... who would have guessed. Did PEDs but forgot to snip excel, it will show on tomorrow.

if you want to be in ketosis we need about 150 grams fat and 100 grams protein

Yeah just embarised by her father, she is only 14 and starting at the gym, she is 176 and has some impressive muscle mass from the scan, she is picking alot of sport science and sport related stuff at school so maybe a future evo member once she gets 18
 
Yeah just embarised by her father, she is only 14 and starting at the gym, she is 176 and has some impressive muscle mass from the scan, she is picking alot of sport science and sport related stuff at school so maybe a future evo member once she gets 18

And Thursday boom..... done, couple of Trophies on my training app but as its new seem to get a lot as everything is a PB etc. in the beginning :) ill take it. Lunch was the usual OMAD but added some smoked Kippers, still kept it below 2.5k cal but wanted to try and add some more fat. Ped slight change again and had my first aromasin, i wasnt having any reactions so i guess it will be another blood test to see if things are better. Work xmas party tomorrow, will still have my normal lunch and then just some pepsi max in the evening and watch everyone stuff their faces and get drunk, doesn't bother me as not a massive drinker anyway.

The single leg press weight was kinda by accident. I went to go 9n the machine before but was busy, (did i mention i hate gyms and want mybown training area) just a money thing so Revo it is ;). Anyway i digress, i read the weight from the wrong excercise and did that instrad of what i set previous, may have to challange myself on some of the ither excersises now

I work for a Japanese company so pretty conservative and last 2 years they send a director so noone goes super silly, well still geylt rhe odd idiot bit its not like a zoo. Mt2 increased to 2mg 3 times a week, i havent noticed any difference and boone has mentioned me catching the sun, i still donr get much time to see the sun so ptobably when its slower, i am doing updated photos a week tomorrow so maybe notice if i have gone from casper to a slightly less bright casper

So i picked a rest day today, maybe a day late as my whoop dropped my recovery and ive been under on sleep for a while. Anyway i said rest day but still did a speedfit class so not a total restday, xmas party was okay and had my OMAD and no naughty food or drink touched. Back to the gym tomorrow and a sauna on the agenda.

Wednesday done, training done, OMAD done, didnt do steps as went to watch my daughter play netball, aparantly shouting throat punch her is not very sportsmanly... who would have guessed. Did PEDs but forgot to snip excel, it will show on tomorrow.
This is a good looking back and bi workout mate! Some good weights used on the pulldowns and rows!

Food looks good as well.

Nice leg workout. 140kg on the hack squat is getting serious!

Yeah mate agree regarding drunk people. It's pretty sad how much of a part of Aus culture drinking is.
If I go get smashed at 12pm on a Tuesday at the pub no one bats an eye, but if they find a vial of test in my bag its drugs - bizarre

@JasonM50 i'm waiting for porterhouse to go on sale. that is my favorite steak. also ribeye too

As long as you're not getting too bad side effects you can always increase the mt2. The idea is to get it into your system as quickly as possible without having the side effects. @JasonM50

That's some good looking meat right there.@JasonM50 You gotta love chicken, porterhouse and salmon. That's a good protein meal.
 
Sorry i cant remember who asked for this but did the test today, so first 2 pictures are ketones and glucose after a 24hr fast, the the food and then 2nd two pictures are 1/2hr after eating. Goes to show how good carnivore is at balancing your glucose, only a 0.3 rise

Ok so Sunday done, why do the weekends have to go so damn quick ? Anyway, training done, supps done, peds done, OMAD done and reported on that earlier. Did my first walk with the 20kg vest, that was an eye opener, will give it a crack on the treadmill tomorrow.

@JasonM50 That's a hell of a job right there. If you're going to have one meal a day, that's a great meal to have. I could eat that all the time.

Okay so Monday done, not a lot of training as such today did treadmill speed 4 incline 5 with the 20kg vest, if i said i felt every bit of it that wasn't a lie. the 1/2hr evening walk with the vest was a lot easier. Food OMAD as usual no changes there. Ped done, the red is that i ran out of NAD and hopefully the new does will hit this week, have had more people comment on the fact my head is looking brown so MT2 must be doing its job, didn't think to ask how long to take or do you stop and the do again in a cycle?
