Give yourself some credit broOkay so not alot Thursday, rest day today but was super tired due to some bad sleep previous so had an extra hour in bed which my recovery and sleep liked alot.
Ate my OMAD meal at work that hasnt changed, photo attached or it didnt happen
Had a work event this evening so went to that so no walking, didn't touch the platters going around but did have a couple of Pepsi Max's, i know, i know. i need to kick the coffee and the Pepsi Max and i will.
Will be back to the gym tomorrow.
What was good was that it has been a while since i have seen some of the customers in person and they were commenting on how much i have changed and how good i look, i still dont see or feel that yet but was a nice feeling and what was in my head was.....
