How do you stay so dry and vascular in the lower legs @Eveflorence
To be honest I have no idea. I do a couple of peloton bike sessions and a few swim sessions a week, plus a fair bit of walking on top of the usual leg training. But I think as well some of the products currently using from @Raptor Labs have definitely helped in this area.

I am pretty lean (or so i think) and have issues with puffy lower legs by the end of the day, I am starting to think my e2 might be the cause, do you know where you run yours ?

I'm generally not a high converter I sit about average. I always keep test low though. Right now been cruising on 125mg the last 2 months

Reta is a huge gamechanger mate. Probs my fave "compound". I started it in last 2 weeks of my diet when I was at a hugeee deficit and literally could only think of food. Started at 2.4mg split 3x per week (0.8 per shot) and within 48 hours the thinking of food feeling and constant hunger was a thing of the past. Could still get meals down and exercise (actually felt like I had more energy) - but the ability to not think of food 24/7 was liberating.

Now 3.5 weeks in and lifted it to 3.3mg 1.5 weeks ago. No major sides and no thinking of food. Will probs cruise at this level for foreseeable future until I start thinking of shitty food again.

That's awesome feedback brother and exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm so disciplined during the day then once the kids have gone to bed and I can unwind, that's when the snacking usually starts. No desire to tonight though whatsoever which is great

Yep. I was the same. The energy aspect was very unexpected as well. I was absolutely dead everyday -1000 deficit easy each day with huge amount of cardio and weights each PM. And after adding in Reta I felt that I had this constant burst of energy.

I also use dexies (prescribed) and I have found that after incorporating Reta - my usage of dexies has halved.

Incredible compound.

Sunday November 23rd

For context, 125mg test each week pinning every Monday. Had bloods drawn on Friday so 4 days after last pin.
Once again @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have come through with the quality we've come to expect from this professional outfit.

Sorry brother I got my bloods back a few days ago and e2 was 120. Pretty happy with that, joints feel good, energy is good, strength is maintaining, libido decent enough.

Dropped the superdrol or at least taking a break from it for a while since bloods came back with hdl below 1.0 for the first time ever. Ast and alt were strangely enough not too bad, elevated but not excessively. Will incorporate more HIIT cardio, more fish oil and reintroduce citrus bergamot which I had stopped taking.

Have also finished up on mots-c and ss-31 so will cycle off these for a while too. I'll be interested to see how I feel without them as I truly believe they have helped in all areas mitochondria wise.

Be sure and log how you feel now off of the Mots-C and SLU, there's a lot of interest here regarding these two peptides and the data is just coming in recently.

Thanks brother that's really kind of you to say and much appreciated.
My last run of ss-31 and mots-c lasted about 4 weeks. Was running 2mg of each on alternating days, so ss-31 on Monday Wednesday and Friday, and mots-c on Tuesday Thursday Saturday.
Found this worked amazingly well. Noticeable increases in energy, motivation, endurance and overall feeling of well-being.
I want to have another run of it soon.

Thanks brother yeah clen at 20mcg nice small dose to start. Only had two doses so far but might up it to 40mcg by weeks end
