Sorry for not posting the last few days, I decided to take the time to recharge and spend with family before really locking in for the next 10 weeks of this phase.
I kept my diet probably 85% while away and trained my full split.
I feel really good. I am however noticing I have mimimal libido, periods of low mood and low energy and my water is up and down quite a bit - the clinic lost my blood samples which I should have had back by now, but I did a redraw this morning so will have some answers shortly.
Strength is climbing every session, the weights feel lighter and lighter, really enjoying the training.
Have been playing around with my Mots and Slu dosages and have settled on 30mg Slu and 1mg Mots daily at the moment which seems to be a sweet spot - and I credit these peps to probably how my body handled the extra food and carbs over the last week.
@Norvex is gtg, and I am really enjoying the addition to my stack - look forward to working more with you.
@Gold Standard Labs as always keeping me growing and looking lean, I am loving the NPP so much, I have felt it really come on this past week, cant wait to see where the next 10 weeks goes, couldnt be happier with the products I am running and really trying to deliver the best showing I can for what can be achieved with the quality this legend is putting out.
I am slowly adding my cardio back in, as my steps as work and in life are less hectic I am aiming to get back into it, but really trying to focus on recovery and growing first and foremost.
