@Noob4gainz Any update on your high dose MOTS-C regimen? I recall you going as high as 5mg 3xWeek? Or 3mg? How do you feel?
I’ve been on 10-12mg a week for 6-8 weeks now and I feel unlimited energy it’s a game changer. I noticed a big difference going from 1mg Monday-Friday to 3-4mg 3x a week. It’s amazing

I highly recommend the E3d larger dose of mot-c and to me it’s one of the best compounds I’ve ran.

Yes he has me setup with 2 sets warmup and 2 sets to failure. I’m still building my strength back up from my 12 weeks of mostly body weight I’ll start posting weights up soon lol

Oh I have a lot more to go I am nowhere where I want to be lots of room for improvement. Just spoke to coach and we’re pushing this cut several more weeks for a long runway of growth!

Now that I’m really grinding my muscles are locking up. I did triceps today and they both have locked up on me cramping very bad any advice how to avoid this I’m thinking electrolyte?

9g of taurine really works for me but @LevButlerov will have the more honed in answer on this one.

5-10 grams of taurine try it but start with 5 and move up @Noob4gainz

Loving the workouts and app and yes on most where I can safely fail I am hitting zeros. Strength is just not there after 15 weeks of a cut but I’m burning along my energy is still a 100%. Solid leg session today

My stocking this year is full of UGFreak Parapharma primo for spring 😍. Hoping it’s not faked with shortage due to being on sponsored list of approved sources the batch on their lab test was from late 2024 not sure if it included my vials 🧐😬

Current weight: 78.9 kg

Upper / Shoulders ✅
Cable flys 4x12 @ 27.2kg
Incline bench 4x12 @ 65.77
Dips x 50
Lateral raises 4x12 @ 9kg
Front raised 4x12 @ 9kg

Coach took a look at my last chest session videos and widened my grip on incline bench noting I was using too much shoulder and triceps. This adjustment absolutely helped emphasize pec activation and minimized shoulders. His feedback has been great.

First ever lat injection of 1ml l carnitine went in this morning using 30g 1” zero issues.

2mg of taurine added to intra workout drink to reduce severe cramping I’ve been having randomly throughout day.

Listened to the supplement podcast @stevesmi @Mobster great work really enjoying them.

Lats are a great spot for injecting. One of my personal favorites.

The taurine should help a lot with the cramping. Electrolytes could be helpful too

First week threw my food completely off the second week my body told me to eat so I way overate I felt mentally my body was telling me to eat to fight off whatever nasty cold I had so I listened.

Coach and I decided to continue the cut through February then possibly starting a rebound. I will re evaluate mid February.

Just got my bloods back and got my estradiol down to 30’s from 80’s by adding another .5 Arimidex for a total of 1mg weekly. My levels were good platelet count slightly high but LdL decreased likely cause of coaches supps I’d assume.

Training is going well really enjoying my workouts we have not changed anything been the same routine so far due to slowly increasing reps and or weights. Slow and steady.

No major changes this update to body composition to be honest my food and cardio have slacked.

Sucks to have been sick for two weeks. Still looking good though. Smart move I think to eat big after a week with little food.

This is last week of tren a as my sleep has hurt big time and I’m just done with it. We are in a cruise essentially getting ready for my big bulk coming up after my next bloods in late Feb. I have full 4 quad separation when flexing now which is first time ever for me. Thank you all for getting me here but I’m not stopping! The haters are also out in full force saying I’m sick and dying and too skinny with zero knowledge on why I’m stripping down before the bulk. It’s sad really all negativity really no positivity coming my way which has only motivated me!

Ug freak para pharma lab tests from back years ago. Also pharmaqo from NapsGear. Last lab test on that was in 24’ before the shortage. Looks like napsgear had a customer test it a month ago and it’s solid

I have full 4 quad separation when flexing now which is first time ever for me. Thank you all for getting me here but I’m not stopping! The haters are also out in full force saying I’m sick and dying and too skinny with zero knowledge on why I’m stripping down before the bulk. It’s sad really all negativity really no positivity coming my way which has only motivated me!

Thanks man I’m grinding. 30 min fasted cardio every morning and then workout so I’m putting in the work. This site has helped a lot.

Thanks and ya it’s hard to see but I have biceps veins, hip veins, leg veins and shoulder striations when flexing now which is all very cool to see for the first time in my life. I’m slowly getting there. Just not good enough yet to call the cut quits.

Tren is one of those steroids that feels great when you get on it but also you can't wait to get off of it. @Noob4gainz the damage that it makes while you're on it is definitely legit. I'm glad that you enjoyed the ride though.

Coworkers who are all overweight, people saying I’m only at this leanness cause retatrutide saying when I’m off it I’ll go right back to where I was, people who show up to the gym for 10 min when I’ve already been there for 2 hours. Them. That’s why I love this forum it’s all positivity

Ya sleep is suffering but week 19 of a 700 calorie deficit is adding up and maybe taking its toll. Few more weeks then grow time! I do prioritize sleep just wake up 3am wide awake
