- Experience (DM's regarding anything EVO or Addiction Recovery are welcome): Training for 30+ years. Kept in shape being a SWAT/Traffic cop and trained with Tier1 operators with Canadian JTF2 military. Medically retired in 2019 after 20 years service due to Dx of Operator Syndrome (a specific form of c-PTSD). Sober in 2021 and active member of AA/NA/CA 12-step program, currently sponsoring EVO member @3xCharm. Heart Failure and ejection fraction recovery. Elite Moderator on EVO. Proud father of 4 children and Stepdad to 3 children and loyal partner to HarleyGirl. All relationships are healthy and very close.

Comments on the cycle:
- Sust will be the staple with total T including derivates of 540mg/week
- EQ is quite low to start as my e2 was just under the low reference range (bloodwork pending in February to increase EQ if e2 allows)
- Test:EQ ratio is almost exactly 4:1 to start due to existing low e2 on 03Dec2025 (see bloodwork below)
- Aromasin on hand for post bloodwork results if needed
Bloodwork:
- Bloodwork from 03Dec attached from before cycle and after 12 weeks @ 100mg TRT
- Low e2 is shown
- Test in low range as expected with my body on 100mg TRT

- Liver is angry and have began N2Guard ED all year round now for life

The Diet:
- Four meals ED
- Food weigh scale to be used for accurate macro measurments until memorized
- Sunday meal prep for staple sources, specifically proteins
- Meals will generally be the exact same daily with protein source being what's varied. Carbs and Fats will be predictable and the same ED.
- I will post meal pics to start off the log and then refer to them in general with a macro breakdown. Example: chicken breast, white rice, macadamia nuts for meal#3 'as seen in previous pics' with corresponding macros.
Total daily calories:
- Daily average: 3630 cals
- 300g protein
- 450g carbs
- 70g fat
Protein sources: Chicken breast, beef, lamb, pork, eggs, egg whites, pressed cottage cheese, protein powder shakes, ready-made shakes, protein bars
Carb sources: Rice, Sweet potatoes, Quinoa, Steel cut oats
Fat sources: Avacadoes, Walnuts, Macadamia nuts, almonds, and the fats included in the beef, lamb and pork.

The Training:
- 5 training days out of 8 days
- Exercises per major muscle group: 3
- Working sets per exercise: 3-4
- Rest between sets: 1.5-2 mins
- Rep range: 12-20
- RIR: 1-3 depending on set and exercise. Final set on final exercise would be 1 RIR for example.
- After each workout: core and cardio if time permits

Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (lifelong therapy)

- Quetiapine(Seroquil) 25mg qhs (Operator Syndrome - calm down at night for sleep)
- Pantoprazole 40mg qam (stomach - this is an old Rx due to alcohol messing up my gut)
- Diazepam 10mg qhs (Operator Syndrome - calm down at night for sleep)

- I've stopped the zopiclone (too much hangover the next day, stopped 3 weeks ago and it's great)
- We're going to start getting me off the Zoloft in 2026
- I have an ECG w/ contrast scheduled for 15Jan2026 so a lot of those heart meds may be deleted or adjusted as my ejection fraction is at 52% now up from 23% when I was dead from self medicating with alcohol in 2019
- Intention is to get off almost everything by end of 2026
- Furosemide is because I used to get edema very easily but after 15Jan with a healthy ECG I'm betting my cardiologist stops me running that BID or altogether
