Hey bros tuesday was Legs split up with shoulders. Smashed the leg extension to start my session whole stack felt light today. Just did it for the pump. Once my legs were pumped i went into my shoulder super set routine. Once the shoulders were pumped i went back to hamstrings on leg curls got some good weight and reps in today. After that i done some rope face pulls and i was cooked. Took the family out for some swimming at the pools for some daddy cardio for 1 hour.

Yeah, the beach is always best. As long as it’s clean. I avoid pools now as an adult. You never know what’s floating in there ha ha

brother my life has never been the same or this good till i got on the gear id never go back now im so happy im finally made the jump over you look at life differently. Before you accecept all your sickness and unhealthy bs now i make the changes accordingly to live longer and better than ever.

Monday legs day split with arms today. Was a late gym session due to family reasons. Gym was so packed i went into peak hour it was night mare. I couldn't record my movements to many people in the way just smashed my session out in style.
So i just wanted to say i had my first touch of Anadrol this week and man now i understand the hype around it. Its the definitely the big bro of anavar. Var is like step sister. When i take Ana pre work out i just get in there and smash my workout no mucking around. Job gets done. With var I'm having a think about it, discussing it, warming up to it lol
Anyways safe to say i love Ana now ill have to wait for bloodwork to see if how long i can run it for.
I warmed up with hip abductions inwards and outwards. Then went straight into hack squats i was dropping it like it was hot tonight ass to the grass baby! lol really good form got up to 135kgs then i backed off. I then jumped into a super set on my arms to rest the legs. The arm pump drained me had to rest. usually i got onto leg press but i could feel i done to much on the hacks tonight so i went into an easier leg extensions and seated leg curl to finish legs for todays session. After that i finished off with some back extensions 60kgs to strengthen lower back I'm building up slowly i want to work up to 100kgs on back extension.

Your abs are looking deadly man. You might think you're holding back but judging on your workouts bro you're grinding it hard and with the sleep you're getting I'd say that's a sign you're killing it.

This gave me a chuckle... Fluffy does a superset of arms while he rests legs when a lot of people in the gym the superset arms IS their workout!

I smashed my back work out like it was a warm up lol I held myself back from pushing too heavy as i have been resting the past few days recovering. I smashed most of my back workout and managed to squeeze in some core leg raises and back extensions and cardio on steps to finish myself off. Luckily i had today off and dropped kids off to school and slept all day probably did too much last night lol

yeah some days i hit the big weight some days i fall short brother it all depends if my body is up for the pain lol

so anyways just a bit of an update i worked on my legs on tuesday but instead of my usual split for some reason i decided to go all out and do all leg movements in one session...and yeah woke up wednesday a broken man lol had to rest never again ill stick to whats works for me. the splits. sigh lol

Hey legends the weekend was cardio and core.
Monday was leg split up with arms i warmed up with abductions and a lil bit of leg extension to get the blood flowing in my legs. Then straight into hack squats hit 140kgs was my limit today. Then went into seated dumbbell curls to rest my legs. The pump was good in the upper body. After arms i went back to leg press i felt strong at this point smashed 240 kgs.
Happy with my pb. I went back to arms standing dumbbell curls with cross body super set. Finished off with some seated hamstrings curls for the night got out to recover.
