Monday legs day split with arms today. Was a late gym session due to family reasons. Gym was so packed i went into peak hour it was night mare. I couldn't record my movements to many people in the way just smashed my session out in style.
So i just wanted to say i had my first touch of Anadrol this week and man now i understand the hype around it. Its the definitely the big bro of anavar. Var is like step sister. When i take Ana pre work out i just get in there and smash my workout no mucking around. Job gets done. With var I'm having a think about it, discussing it, warming up to it lol
Anyways safe to say i love Ana now ill have to wait for bloodwork to see if how long i can run it for.
I warmed up with hip abductions inwards and outwards. Then went straight into hack squats i was dropping it like it was hot tonight ass to the grass baby! lol really good form got up to 135kgs then i backed off. I then jumped into a super set on my arms to rest the legs. The arm pump drained me had to rest. usually i got onto leg press but i could feel i done to much on the hacks tonight so i went into an easier leg extensions and seated leg curl to finish legs for todays session. After that i finished off with some back extensions 60kgs to strengthen lower back I'm building up slowly i want to work up to 100kgs on back extension.
