Really well balanced physique. Would be interested to hear from your POV if there is something you are trying to bring up or that you have to work harder on.
Thanks im big on having a balanced physique, im always trying to improve my back and arms.
Since my waist is fairly thin and I've already have a nice v shape in trying to accentuate it even more with a wider back.
My goal is to have a physique that resembles Nial Darwin
 
Another week as passed, improvements were made.
Today is a high carb day finally.

Hi guys, had to take a maintainance period for December and first week of January due to various obligations.
Everything's goings smoothly with the cut again, will hire a new coach in March so that I can get more out of the final cutting phase and rebound while checking my bloodworks wich i neglected for a while.

Still on 1g of testosterone enanthate and I've switched to 2mg of Arimidex instead of aromasin.

Got arimidex instead of aromasin so I just changed them no biggie at all now i just take 2 capsules a week instead of 4

Was worried about the logistics of you're training when I saw the 'Arnold split' but looks like you've got a sensible number of exercises on the upper day.

Changed to the "Bro Splits" for timing and since I train beyond failure HIT Style I found that even on a heavy deficit I'm progressing and recovering fine, and can push the intensity even harder with just one set, still feel destroyed nervous system wise where i need to rest/sleep afterwards.
Should've done this earlier but was worried about not doing enough volume even though I was going very intense.


I will officially start working with Dave Crosland from March onwards

I did the Dorian Yates blood and guts program last year and loved it hey. Will definitely revisit the high intensity low volume style from time to time.
