Hi everyone looking for some advice on dosages

I’ve been on test e 250 @2ml a week for just over a year

Start of the year I started primo e 100 @ 3ml a week with masteron e 200 @ 2ml a week which was in the end of a anavar cycle I was taking 2 x 25mg pills and only went through 100 pills

Also I’m currently running 4-6mg of Reta a week (Reta is 10mg mixed with 1ml bac water) along with klow daily @ 30 units which had 3ml of bac water and 1500iu of hcg broken into 3 weekly jabs
Also I swear by hydrogen have been on tablets from Healr along with blue methylene and just recently purchased a hydrogen oxygen machine which has been a game/ life changer with recovery

Have been feeling awesome and seeing very good results any advice on adjustments on dosages would be greatly appreciated or if there is anything else to add in for that extra boost 💪


Also does anyone know any sites that have primo ? Everywhere is sold out and can’t seem to get my hands on some would be good to top up before I run out

Right now we see a lot of compounds and mls but no context on bodyweight trend, body fat, blood pressure, so adjusting doses would just be guessing.
Running 500mg test plus primo and mast long term with Reta and HCG means you absolutely need tight monitoring before adding anything for an extra boost.

Post a proper TRT log with weekly bodyweight, calories and macros, training split and loads, sleep, BP, and full bloodwork so the EVO family can actually guide adjustments instead of throwing more gear at it. 15min of your time to put it all in 1 place and get real help :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.

that's a huge dosage of Reta. I'm sure your hunger is absolutely slammed at that. Would love to hear more about how you like the KLOW.

It deff gets hard to eat some times kinda comes and goes but I just eat smaller amounts and takes a while too eat or smash yogurts and protein shakes but depends how the body feels been able to smash down some food lately

Klow I reckon that is awesome seems to be working wonders helped me a lot with my skin cleared up some redness and blemish and scares plus helps with recovery been having tennis elbow and that is pretty much gone and bit of pain in my shoulder from cricket also my brother has been on klow for his shoulder an old injury from footy and has helped him heaps plus got the benefits for his skin too but my body is feeling really good best it has been in a long time


October last year I did my hammy grade 2 tear and the doctor and osteo said like 7-10. Weeks just to be safe, I got on tb500 and bpc and bam was fixed in 4 weeks sub fielded to ease back in than back playing cricket in week 5 all the exercises they gave me i was skipping ahead way quicker than they said too deff helped speed up the recovery

check with the aussie sources. i'm sure someone has primo.. otherwise just do EQ its cheaper anyway!

really these peptides are amazing. There are different ways to use them and there are different options out there. That's great that you got great results so far trying them out.

Actually shredded as fuck bro killer work. Pull the reta back a smidge, return to the anabolic load of your last cycle (~250mg test/ week + 100 - 200mg DHT for e2 management) and ride out those doses for as long as you can.

Key here will be to make sure that your calory surplus is conservative and consistent for a long runway of growth.

What's your plan for food moving into this building phase? Do you have one?

Yeah seems like the peptide KLOW is really good for the skin. It's definitely the GHK that's in it.

For the bulk was thinking of adding in at least another 2-3 meals so 5-6 a day with snacks and want to eat clean and not a dirty bulk but lots of chicken steak mince tuna rice sweet potatoes and a oat protein banana shake that I’ll make up

I’d be lying if I knew my calorie intake would be a guess and could be way off I’d be on at least 2k calories but burning an average of 1200 a day also I was dropping prob a good kilo but I reckon it was the help of Reta that helps shred right up

Also has attached some of my calories since starting using a tracking app last couple days been harder to eat but feels like I’m coming down with a cold or could that be cos I stopped Reta ? My last jab was due yesterday
So to say you were eating between 2, 600 and 3, 000 calories and losing around a kilo a week bro?
 
Yeah pretty much around that I’m down a good 10kilos this year and I’ve lost a lot of fat that’s for sure
That's such a hefty amount of food to be losing weight on bro, good shit. For your build phase you'll need to be a bit more consistent though. If you can kick it off at 3, 500 calories, see how your body responds and adjust 10% at a time until you're gaining around 300g body weight per week you'll be setting yourself up for a really productive build phase.

It must be the Reta and peptides to help lose the weight or over training too ? been trying so hard to stay consistent with my food deff has been the hardest part for me to eat consistently I’m sure I’ll be able to get it down pat the app seems to be helping me a lot but has always been my downfall as I just eat random times and use to eat pretty poorly but have rained it in a heap the last 6 months and is slowly all coming together

My meal plan looks exactly the same every day, 7 days a week! A bit easier for me as I coach from home now but managed to make it work in a variety of sales job and gym management as well. Carbs will go up or down depending on weight goals

Hey mate, out of interest, why lowish protein and maybe cals in meal 1?
 
@R.AP some meal prep for the week

200 grams chicken breast mince and 200
Grams lean beef mince as a change up brown rice along with broccolini asparagus and sweet potato also for snack some protein shake yogurt nuts and a nibble on some Parmesan cheese

Feeling much better today too been a bit under the weather abit but got a heap Of energy and hanging to smash the gym tonight 💪
Awesome mate. That's the way to go. Makes things so much easier.
 
Your bloodwork looks better than mine did on half that. Gotta be the reta doing that. But I do sincerely think you could do more with less. I’m pretty amazed. I know the really big guys all run gear at those levels long term, but I would think it’s typical to work your way up to that, and only because you compete. Well anyway, congratulations, you’re weathering it well so far and you look pretty damn good.

Great start to your log bro and truly next level meal prep.

Food for me is something I keep predictable and what some would call "boring" but it works for me and I eat the same rotation of foods all week long.

Looking forward to seeing some training posted soon, you look strong and lean.
 
Hey guys sorry for the delay in update been pretty flat out busy and recovering from a bit of a shoulder niggle still nearly all better have been focusing more on lighter weight high reps 20-25 range and holding the stretch to help open the shoulder blades decompress the spin and focus on the sculpture freeing it all up other than the shoulder body is feeling good as gold have done some good recovery session at my wellness recovery center also have been smashing the food down and I’m sitting about 82.5kilos up a good 2.5 kilos over the last few weeks since I’ve started my blog tracking food has been a massive help to get to this point along with alll your guys help and advice I’ve the weekend I did have some cheat meals that’s because had people over and was smashing a heap of bbqs and dipped into some icecrem and choclates other than that been eating very healthy
Have added in meal prep for the next 3 days at work along with some other nutrients I’m testing and trialing
First meal is the blend 11 than 4 eggs than into meal prep and snacks etc

Also @LevButlerov do we know what has happened to raptor labs on tele? Or are they on theerma only now ? Love their products the best and cleanest I have used and like to keep an eye out for releases of products

Hexarelin Acetate - sounds interesting

Glutathione 1500mg - been told it’s meant to be good as for the immune system and thinking of loading the body on it to get my self ready for the up coming winter
