New thread here as I’ve been lucky enough to join the team @Raptor Labs. Keen to get to work with these boys 🤝

A little bit of background about myself - I’m currently 19 weeks into my first cycle on my journey to IFBB Classic physique. I’ve competed as a natty for the past 2 years in classic physique aswell. Got a cute little pro card doing that but always had my eyes set on bigger and here we are.

The goal is to be competitive in IFBB classic physique and see where the road takes me. Honestly just love the discipline and direction bodybuilding has given me and want to see where I can take that.

I’m currently running 200mg test e, 100mg mast e and 3iu gh. Fairly moderate but has worked extremely well so far. Currently up 18kg on my lowest stage weight and packed a fair bit of muscle in this short period of time.

I think maybe you should be telling jr how to carve out those legs to keep up with his upper body and give him a shot of my leg detail and then maybe I'll get a chest pump and compare but for now I think my no pump chest compares to this kids fully pumped chest , but yes I have been grinding the chest Lev in case your wondering ! And I am open to criticism as I have said in the past that's what makes me an elite ifbb competitor!

I’ve been running the bioglan but just ordered an omega 3 I found on Iherb, just for the fact it’s pretty decent EPA and DHA content and the bioglan doesn’t actually specify the content

I’ve been running the bioglan but just ordered an omega 3 I found on Iherb, just for the fact it’s pretty decent EPA and DHA content and the bioglan doesn’t actually specify the content
omega 3 are good but try to get distilled so no heavy metals

Happy to just keep marinating at this and see some nice progression week to week. Boss man @PopRox19 has made the call to implement some nova rapid pre workout this week so will likely see some appetite come back and will help utilise all this food even better.

Hey guys,
New thread here as I’ve been lucky enough to join the team @Raptor Labs. Keen to get to work with these boys 🤝

A little bit of background about myself - I’m currently 19 weeks into my first cycle on my journey to IFBB Classic physique. I’ve competed as a natty for the past 2 years in classic physique aswell. Got a cute little pro card doing that but always had my eyes set on bigger and here we are.

The goal is to be competitive in IFBB classic physique and see where the road takes me. Honestly just love the discipline and direction bodybuilding has given me and want to see where I can take that.

I’m currently running 200mg test e, 100mg mast e and 3iu gh. Fairly moderate but has worked extremely well so far. Currently up 18kg on my lowest stage weight and packed a fair bit of muscle in this short period of time.
