Even legg press was hard. Will be doing couple weeks a little lighter on squats, will be doing back tomorrow and chest day after. Then back to hospital for few days. Definately just tightness on my back probably from awkwardly carrying little one and reduced sleep at hospital. With the squats, they can be tricky if you're not built for them. I don't think I'll ever back squat again. You could try front squats instead. Generally takes the lower back out of it.
Yeah was going to make a comment about that. Similar to if you are in a car all day. I highly recommend mobility work before leg workouts. As an example, Google search DeFranco agile 8. I should have properly listened as i couldnt use right arm due to shoulder artgritis playing up from fatigue. But i am getting better at listening to it. Reading the wonderful females log like @Iron_rose1 @RogueCherry @Alice_In_Ironland and @Panda22 has opened my eyes to how much more intune females are with their body and i am trying to get there. Reason for 25g not 30 is my preworkout has 5g creatine.

Creatine at 30g is a huge win! High dose creatine is really underrated. As long as you're not taking your preworkout for the creatine and it's just straight creatine you're good to go for still being fasted just be sure and use water only to stay fasted.

Yeah definately felt them at the end, same as shoulders. I think was extra sets fatigue setting in but still gave them a good flogginggood push session - it's always hard on the triceps at the end! SOmetimes I will do something like pronated single arm cable extensions - the weight is not too high but the burn is real!

thats perfect lets see how mots C treats you and how you doOk, after readin mots superthread. Knowing i have a bloods schedule lined up perfect for this science experiment. I was running mots @2mg fasted am. As the study showed it help lft's at 25mg. I am planning to try 10mg am and pm so when i have bloods before, at end of sdroll, and 4-6 weeks after. I will be using this data to see effects of sdroll on my body at 10mg preworkout. Never know next time might be able to increase if high dose mots keeps it under control.
I have 9 vials 40mg mots currently so if anyone knows a vendor that eould like to test for science happy to work with you and will get posted in mots superthread.

Gym definately helps me through though.
Body feels like it getting back into condition.
I feel the igf-1lr has definately added some size to certain muscles like my biceps. Quads are definately looking clean and starting to show proper seperation
its good to get off the medsAnd another note, i no longer take my lyrica. It has been over a week of just forgetting to take it, but even after legs today (squats usually hurt my back a little due to compression of disks) and i actually feel good. Hopefully it is now an only as required nerve pain med now. Plus im glad i had no withdrawls from it. Oops

Im just doing more sets at moment with lighter weights to get conditioning back due to spending a bit of time out of gym and at the hospital.
