hey !! Thank you so much for your kind words ☺️ my training is a 4 day split. 1 upper body, 3 lower (quads, hammies and glutes). As for PED’s this is my current protocol and my bloodwork is in a good spot so just being guided by my coach.

Looking forward to following your journey too !

checked the list looks good but a few things
food, what are total macros? very unclear just a food list and hard to track it do you have daily totals in app?
on the supps? you need digestive aids add some probiotics and digestive enzymes ed
and psyllium husk are you taking any?
 
Had my check in today and coach is happy with where we are at currently. No changes this week, everything is progressing and body composition is improving.weight is 300g up. Photos attached as well as today’s training

I’ve had some changes to training and nutrition this week. Carbs up 10g pre workout and a few alterations with volume and rep ranges across my workouts
When I was that little, I remember, my mom worked out every single day. Just calisthenics and running up and down stairs and stuff. But she never ever missed and she’d be sweating buckets. Left an impression on me. She did judo with us too. Even when she was pregnant. And we walked everywhere like as if we didn’t even have a car and went to the Y almost every day. I never even did think of my mom as a fitness type of person. It’s just what we did and I thought it was pretty normal. I actually never thought about it until right now hahaha.

Our parents have such a big influence on us hey, whether we realize it at the time or not. I’m super conscious of this with mine. Your mum sounds like a weapon ! 💪🏻

90g pineapple
1 teaspoon almond butter
And some sugar free maple syrup

Yesterday I was hit with some tummy bug lovingly passed on from the kiddies 🙃 luckily I pulled up alright and only missed one meal… I’m back to eating as usual again today and rehydrating so I can get my first session in for the week tonight

A couple less reps on the smith machine squat and leg press but more ROM. Felt pretty strong despite the tummy bug yesterday. Thanks so much to everyone for the comments, feeling more confident and comfortable on here as we speak ☺️

This is my lunch everyday and I never get sick of it 😬
250g rice
100g chicken
90g pineapple
1 teaspoon almond butter
And some sugar free maple syrup

Yesterday I was hit with some tummy bug lovingly passed on from the kiddies 🙃 luckily I pulled up alright and only missed one meal… I’m back to eating as usual again today and rehydrating so I can get my first session in for the week tonight
sister, thanks for posting this. That's a good little meal you put together. You're not going to go wrong with chicken and rice and I love the pineapple added.

I never used to like them much but sleep deprivation got us good for a while and now I’m hooked 😆 He’s a legend coach, very lucky!

Last workout for the week was glutes today :) I did two sets of Bulgarians but the second one didn’t record.. was same weight, 12 reps.
Post workout meal was the other half of my pizza from last night. Felt really strong today !
