Approved Log My TRT Training cycle log

Bit of an update for last couple days first we rest day and spent

Friday
20 min in a SOQI bed
20 min PEMF
10 min anti gravity float bed

Saturday
Played a practice game of footy run about a good 5-6ks plus
No gym rest

Sunday -

45 min quick sharp sesh - cables different variations for shoulders light weight only 9kilos 2 sets high reps 20-25 range and changed the height

Arms dumbbells - 12.5 kilos increasing up to 20kilos than last set drop with 15 kilos and 12.5 kilos all 12 reps each arm allow with cables straight bar 3 sets 15-20 reps to make it harder took a few steps away then when arms were sore and struggling took step closer to cables and rinsed as many as I could

Triceps - v bar and rope - 3 sets 15-20 reps also d handle reverse 3 sets 15 reps for biceps

Also with 25 min SOQI recovery and currently in infrared sauna for 35 min will be in there for a total of 60 min 💪


Plan for the week is to start training with 30-45 min cardio have been slack on this the last 2-3 weeks going to smash out a heap which will reduce my weights training and looking to aim for about 60-75min of weights which will include 90-120 second breaks

And stick to the same with meal preps will add in basmati rice to each meal this week to see how the stomach and body handles it all

Also found a new gym which opens up in a couple weeks and looks hectic machines are grouse and haven’t seen before and will help take me to the next level keen as for it to open and start using the new toys 😎💪 lol

nothing wrong with nice and easy cardio - it does the job!
 
Tuesday was arm day 4 excersises for biceps and triceps with drop sets and was a pretty high intensity in 60min than had footy training which was pretty light only 3.5kms in 60min also done a 2km walk during work lunch break

Tonight’s work out will be a quick sharp legs and shoulder day prob 3 excersises with high reps really feeling the burn 💪

For shoulders lateral raises different angles drop set warmed up on 2.5kilos than up to 7.5kilos for 12x3 angles from low bent over to mid and standing straight 36 reps all up for 3 sets shoulder were burning , shoulder shrugs and push dones 25
Kilos, pull ups prob 50 for the day, and those face pulls with the b strap abiutb15-17.5kilos

legs yesterday done 10 sets single seated leg extension leg 15-20’rep range with approx 30 kilos with a drop set of kettlebell squats and ran out of time



Arms would of been from 10-25 kilo range with drop sets and and trying out the b straps which I reckon are grouse hits the muscles differently deff could feel the burn would of done at least 250’reps for bis and tries sorry last few days have been a blur been hectic busy

Will start using my phone more for workouts


Tonight will be chest and back and I’ll do excerises that i left out Monday and will be more cable machine focused also with a 5km run

If your going to track lifts with your phone, MyFitnessPal has cardio and lift tracking on top macros. Give that a shot

I post the screen shots for macros and lifts so updates are quick.

Just remember to look for cooked entries for meat if you use it for macros.

If your going to track lifts with your phone, MyFitnessPal has cardio and lift tracking on top macros. Give that a shot

I post the screen shots for macros and lifts so updates are quick.

Just remember to look for cooked entries for meat if you use it for macros

@LevButlerov generally I’ll do a 5km runs after work and walks at lunch breaks is 2kms planning on doing a good 10km run tomorrow morning before hitting legs
lets do it :D 5km is a win even 10 better

@LevButlerov didnt quit get the 10km but got a good 7.5km in that day

Training has been reduced a good 30-45 min also to give the body a bit more of a rest and not drain it
fair lets see how you do on 7.5 :D

Really depends how much you want each shot to be, for eg: with a 600mg vial you could add 0.10 ml for every 100mg (so 0.60) (say 1 notch on a insulin syringe if it was a 1ml needle)

It really depends how much BAC water you have to spare as it can get quite thick

I’m a cheap skate so I try to use the least amount of water possible - but it takes longer to draw 😂

@Yuri okay cool I’ve got a fair bit lucky enough to get it at a really good price but think it wil cost me more in bac water than what I paid for 10vials 😂

So around 1.5ml of bac water for 1500mg which would mean about 100mg per 10units ?

Like @Yuri said, depends on how much bac you have and how small you make your pin volumes, this goes for any pep. Most start at 100mg as mentioned and i think some even go up to 300mg, i assume on an oral heavy cycle. I havent used gluta, but im lookin to try some as my Rx medications use my liver like a punching bag.

As for reconning in general, I multi-load my peptides into 1 pin, so i recon for concentrated volumes and less pokes and saving on needles. Its fine if its for immediate injection but if your pre-loading pins for later, dont. Ive thought about keeping glp1s seperate because of the longer half-life, but i dont bother.

There is 1 thing to take into account. I noticed hgh doesnt like too concentrated of a recon, i assume its because it has a large amount of amino acids. In a 3ml vial, 60iu of hgh was fine with 3ml bac. I tried 80iu hgh with 2.7ml bac but it wouldnt completely dissolve. So i tried 3.31ml bac to make 6iu 0.25ml and it stayed dissolved, so some compounds can only get so concentrated.

I also recon multiple vials of a peptide with limited bac and transfer all into 1vial so i only gotta do it once for a while. Like 3 Glow60 (overfilled) recon'd with 3ml bac total for a 180mg vial.

Heres my doseage and recon specs for a look.
Triple GLOW180mg 3ml recon
3mg = 0.05ml
250bpc 500tb 2250ghk

BPC 50mg 3ml recon
1.5mg = 0.09ml

TB500 30mg 3ml recon
750mcg = 0.075ml

HGH 16iux5 80iu -26.5mg recon with 3.31ml
6iu = 0.25ml

Nad 1000mg recon 10ml
25mg = 0.25ml - yea i know, way to much bac, i was half asleep lol

@LevButlerov I’ve also got a callus on my right heel which I’ve been waiting to get cut out has been hurting a bit but pushing through was meant tk get it done yesterday but the podiatrist was sick and getting to cut out next week

@Shakey honestly doesn’t bother me using multiple needles have been for the last 6 months and has been part of my routine so might as well stick to the same but agreee they get a bit blunt after a few vials and personaly rather use a nice sharp needle way easier to get into the body

There’s a center that give out free needles not far from me so works out well luckily for me don’t need to pay for needles

Doesn’t bother me mate I can handle it just a lil pinch people say ghk hurts but fine for me can feel the sting from the ghk but makes me feel alive and I know it’s in and working and too quirky stuff 😂 lol
 
i would add 10ml of bac water so you get as concentration of 150mg per ml
@Nasser1997o2 thanks mate I’ll give it a go was reading last night the more bac water apparently hurts less but doesn’t bother me sure I’ll be fine will be interesting to see how it goes cos a few people says hurts this and that but guess there only one way to find out
 
Nice quick sharp 50min arm day followed up by a good hour footy session done 5.5km of running plus a 3km walk at lunch and total km for the day was 14.29kms

@Shakey honestly doesn’t bother me using multiple needles have been for the last 6 months and has been part of my routine so might as well stick to the same but agreee they get a bit blunt after a few vials and personaly rather use a nice sharp needle way easier to get into the body

There’s a center that give out free needles not far from me so works out well luckily for me don’t need to pay for needles
Yea, box of 100 slins is around $35cad on amazon here. Im looking at buying straight from china, where those same ones are made lol. Cut some costs.

Doesn’t bother me mate I can handle it just a lil pinch people say ghk hurts but fine for me can feel the sting from the ghk but makes me feel alive and I know it’s in and working and too quirky stuff 😂 lol

@LevButlerov i pinned last night and no issues what’s so ever could hardly feel a thing was I meant to ? Lol other than a bit of a lump at the injection site was a breeze only thing I noticed was more harder to draw the liquid out than test with a insulin cos it seemed a bit more thicker but its not as thick as test unless was a dodgey needle ? But so far so good and I recon with 5ml bac water and injection 70units which works out to be 200mg and will do 3 injections a week
