Just a quick update.
Unfortunately I have torn my distal bicep tendon at work the other day. Will be getting surgery to reattach it then will be using bpc 157 and tb500 to help with recovery.
Might be a little quiet on here for a little while until surgery is complete and I’m in a better head space.
Until then keep training hard and getting huge lads!![]()

Finally booked in for surgery next Wednesday, will be in a sling for 6 weeks post op. Will be running some bpc and tb500 to help speed recovery up.
I will also start a new log with the comeback and recovery stages after surgery.
In the meantime it’s beens a lot of walks on the treadmill at home as I can’t drive with the sling.
Just holding supps stable at the moment-
