Bit of a late touchdown. Gotta say for a shift worker this has definitely helped. I’ll do a bit more of a breakdown on my log to anyone that might be interested.

I’ve also been on the cycle support for about 2ish weeks and has been a game changer for someone that always neglected vitamins.

I recently got to try the Elite Sleep range from @RGSX

Holy shit. That stuff is fucking amazing. I’ll post some of my sleep scores below. But on average my deep sleep has improved by 30-40 minutes per night which has been amazing as I usually average less than an hour of deep sleep ans constantly wake up feel rather meh.

I love this product so much I’m about to buy a few tubs just so I don’t run out.

If you’re on the fence about trying it, I can absolutely assure you it will definitely be worth your time and money.

Getting alot of these - we put so much time into developing the sleep range since it's so important.
Obviously doesn't work the same for everyone but stoked it's working as intended for you without the use of medication

Touchdown, finally got my hands on it, cant weight to see whats to come. Wish i new the gut health was ready as would of ordered, ahwell next time. Great to deal with and even mentioned would be 2 packages so i could keep eye out for two. Still currently using old stuff for sleep but may swap on weekend as similar ingredients, slightly lower on melatonin but rest is heaps higher so may work better. Cycle support will be started tomorrow as i plan to run year round. Will definately cut the pills out i usually take but still plan on topping up a couple ingredients. Atleast pills will fit one side of pillbox now. Thanks rgsx

And I’m genuinely pumped to get into the new Elite Gut Health from the brother too. Finally someone’s filled the gap with a proper all in one setup for this side of the lifestyle instead of us piecing it together like a dodgy jigsaw.

Bit of a late touchdown but I have to say im really stoked with @RGSX whole range. I’m not on any gear as I’m still focusing on my weight loss goals before I get to that stage but my bloods have improved significantly in a 12 week time frame.

I have been on the cycle support since end of February and the elite sleep for about 4 weeks.

Keen to see how this elite gut health goes now too 💪
