1800 to 2400ml of pure water on top of everything else I have.

Sleep
6.5 hours. Best in a long time. Just crashed last night and woke really refreshed for once.

Training
Bench + chains 5x20,40,60 3x77,87,97,107,117.5(1), 117.5kg (3)
**Lifts were really strong today. Mentally strong as well. First try at 117.5 got a hamstring cramp and re-racked after 1 rep. Stretched the area, then re-lifted and got all 3. Usually never happens, so very pleased.

**New as suggested by @HarleyGuy to help core. Really tough these. Shook like leaf in the wind. Will do these 3 times a week. Next 40s.

Daily thoughts
Bit of an excellent day in the gym on relection. During bench with chains I cramped my left hamstring on the first rep at 117.5kg. I had to re-rack and stretch for a bit to loosen this up. I decided to go again (without hesitation) and successfully completed another 3 reps. This is a first for me. Everytime I have tried this before I failed the lift on the 2nd attempt.
This is important because this was a mental strength increase not a physical one. I now am confident in what I am doing and in my bodies ability to achieve it.
I also did planks for the first time in years. Core is so shit. Nearly vibrated through the floor I was shaking so much. Anyway got them and will do these 3x weekly until I get to 3min per plank.

3 minutes is crazy! I used to have to do 90 seconds in a fitness test and it drove me crazy trying to stay up haha

No sides planks. It is a challenge set by @HarleyGuy . Got to give it a run. My core is soooo weak and it has to improve for deads and squats brother. So shaking like a leaf continues 🤣🩵

Test E - Nice and easy in right quad. Still not one that has been difficult

Deca - Not today

EQ - As I have said before, my fav pin. Once again, tightness comes in quick and vascularity increases. Easy pin, great results.

HGH - 3iu. I am definitely more rested and some of my long term aches and pains are lessening, or have gone completely. Is excellent

Overall - Same as I have stated before, loving this cycle. All the compounds work in synergy and the HGH is the icing this cake needed. Seven week won't be enough to see the full benefit so after health phase we are going again.

Daily thoughts
As usual I am making adjustments as I go during this program cycle (simply can't help myself). This adjustment I have made taking out the extra arm work and adding back ext and abs was a really good one. Today highlighted what a weak point they are in my body. Need to do these weekly now as they will help my core lifts immensely once they get a little strength in them.
Check in tomorrow pic wise and I think back has improved a bit this week.
Looking forward to a rest day though, body is getting a bit beat up after 10 or so weeks in.

HGH - 3iu. Is definitely repairing my body, slowly but surely. Sleep is not perfect but is better than it has been. Going to stay on this even though the temptation to go up is there.

Overall - Still making physical gains in size and strength whilst scale weight remains steady. Love this cycle and quality of the @Southern Cross Labs products are simply outstanding.

Happy with how I have progressed in the last month. Definite differences in size and density overall. Strength and recovery has improved since HGH has been added. Eq is now kicking in hard and overall health is good. I have reduced 3 Prescribed meds this past month with no reduction in progress at all. Mid cycle blood test was good with only a couple of concern areas that already have mitigations being put in place for these.
Looking forward to next week already with Podcast on Monday night. Should be fun.

Planks suck, but I will be doing them daily this week and at least 3 weekly after that. Need my core to strengthen badly. 2 nights on 4iu so far and a small increase in sleep so far. Going to run 7 days and see how it feels. Then going to go to 2iu for a week and again see how I feel. This will help me find a nice place to sit. 🩵

**Did these fairly easily. Targeted the rear delt perfectly.

What is your workout schedule mate? You seem to prefer splitting things up a bit more with less exercises per session?

Sun- Chest
Mon - Shoulders (mostly rehab at present)
Tue - Back including deadlifts, block pulls ect
Wed- Rest
Thur - Legs
Fri - Arms and core
Sat - Rest

Exercises are rotated over 3 weeks with the single rep days usually once per week on one of Bench, Deads and Squats.

I have reduced my sets now to around 16 per session. Some days are a bit more, legs might be a little less. This is enough for me and allows recovery to go again. That is key now. Endless sets are no longer done.

Of course this all changes in 6-7 weeks when I split Quads and Posterior chain into distinct separate days 🙃 🩵

Carving out a dedicated shoulder rehab slot in the split keeps the long term joint work from getting bumped when back and legs take centre stage brother 💪

So I did the podcast last night with Mobsta and stevesmi and it was a great experience I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is asked to do it. The guys are very professional and, certainly in my case, allowed the conversations to organically flow as we progressed.
When it comes out I hope you enjoy it if you listen in. I certainly enjoyed participating and would certainly do it again if I was ever asked.
That said I was wrecked today and next time I would certainly do it on a Tuesday or Friday when I didn't have to travel in to work early. But that's my fault for not thinking that through at all. Something my wonderful wife had great pleasure in pointing out. Really gotta stop loading all the ammunition 🙄
Battled through training a bit and will look forward to a rest day tomorrow.

**Suprised me. I wasn't sure I would be able to do these. Very little discomfort and completed all sets. Good repair work.

**Did these fairly easily. Targeted the rear delt perfectly.

**Fuck me....worse than yesterday. Took me as long to get off the floor at the end as doing the exercise itself due to cramping. These better work.

Daily thoughts
Good session on my shoulders today. Wasn't certain it was going to happen as my right shoulder was really uncomfortable all day. Did everything with minimal pain in the end.
Not a bad day at work either, got a few things done that needed sorting. 14 months to go. I can do that 😁.

Ok, schedule is:
Sun- Chest
Mon - Shoulders (mostly rehab at present)
Tue - Back including deadlifts, block pulls ect
Wed- Rest
Thur - Legs
Fri - Arms and core
Sat - Rest

Exercises are rotated over 3 weeks with the single rep days usually once per week on one of Bench, Deads and Squats.

I have reduced my sets now to around 16 per session. Some days are a bit more, legs might be a little less. This is enough for me and allows recovery to go again. That is key now. Endless sets are no longer done.

Of course this all changes in 6-7 weeks when I split Quads and Posterior chain into distinct separate days 🙃 🩵

So I did the podcast last night with Mobsta and stevesmi and it was a great experience I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is asked to do it. The guys are very professional and, certainly in my case, allowed the conversations to organically flow as we progressed.
When it comes out I hope you enjoy it if you listen in. I certainly enjoyed participating and would certainly do it again if I was ever asked.
That said I was wrecked today and next time I would certainly do it on a Tuesday or Friday when I didn't have to travel in to work early. But that's my fault for not thinking that through at all. Something my wonderful wife had great pleasure in pointing out. Really gotta stop loading all the ammunition 🙄
Battled through training a bit and will look forward to a rest day tomorrow.

HGH - 4iu last night, 2iu this morning. The 4iu at night is just not doing me any favours. My sleep is getting worse and while the other benefits like skin and repair are evident, I have decided to shift to AM dosing to see if that improves things overall. 4 days at 2iu to start then go from there.

Overall - Decided to bit the bullet and shift my HGH to AM pins. Not getting the sleep benefit from PM ones and I think it makes me snore worse the higher the dose.

Rest day. Practised a few stretches for squats tomorrow.

After a few weeks of taking HGH at night before bed and only getting mild sleep improvement but snoring like a freight train (I gather), I decided to shift to AM pins and see if it makes a difference. I need the tissue repair of HGH more than anything to assist me, any other benefits are a bonus. Anyway we shall see how it goes.
Nice rest day today. Worked from home so no 2.5 hours round trip commute. Really felt tired and used the time to recuperate today. Coming into last 6 weeks of this cycle and I really want to bring it home in a big way before a nice health run.

6 hours. Still average at best again. Showed some signs of improvement but has gone back to being disjointed again.

Rest day. Practised a few stretches for squats tomorrow.

We have festivals here where we get dozens of them up in the air. It's very spectacular. I can't tell you what it's like though as you have a snowballs chance in hell of getting me in one. Terrified of heights 😱🩵

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Hydration
1800 to 2400ml of pure water on top of everything else I have.

Sleep
6 hours. Still average at best. Was not worse than when I had HGH in the evenings though.

Training
Squats 3x20,40,60 1x80,100,120,140,150,160,170kg
**First free squats I have done in years and it went surprisingly well. Lower than I thought I would get so comp level is attainable with a bit of dilligent mobility work. Weight was easy. 170kg went up so fast. Was going to do 180kg but annoying logic person asked if it was in today's program...which it wasn't. Will get it next time though.

**Easier than expected. Still hard but shaking has lessened considerably.

Daily thoughts
Lots of good things going on today. GH in the mornings is a win. Didnt snore, still getting the other benefits.
Free squats in training went better than expected. Knew I would not be parallel but got a lot closer than I expected. A few key mobility exercises and I think that will happen by the end of the year. Weight moved easily as well. Well under what I can do. Gives me a ton of confidence going forward.
Planks were so much easier today. This is great.
Things are rolling nicely. I have also set my health phase and what I wiil do. I will expand on that this weekend.

Nice squat mate! Looks like your hamstring flexibility isn't an issue with that nice full range on the RDL's.
