This shows how logs can be super beneficial.You made my day with this brother! this is a massive compliment and bro really appreciate ityeah only been running the bigger doses for 5 weeks now wasn’t always running them, my body is definitely feeling beat up lately… I think the cycle was coming to an end when I upped the dosages if I’m to be completely honest, usually train 4 days a week this week had to cut that in half as I’m exhausted and my body is still catching up with recovery, having young kids to look after and sleep hasn’t been amazing so I’m going to try get as much rest as I can this week, see if I can get another solid few weeks of training and wind down into a health phase. I love this community and appreciate you all looking after me, everyone that has been following my log has pushed me and motivated me in a major way will always be gratefull for you boys

The increased dosage are starting to kick in and today I really felt the DECA shine
Wife called me when I was almost done training today saying that herself and the 2 boys are really sick, they went to playgroup this morning and within hours everyone is unwell… I can’t believe how quick kids make other kids sick and parents sickand it’s always play group that does it
so I’m hoping I don’t get sick but if I do will have to go into a health phase… just when the increased dosages are starting to shine too fingers crossed I can stay well

Last set of preacher curls I got a half rep on the last one (rep 10 set 4) gave it everything I got, got about 60 percent of the way through the lift, body went red tried for at least 20 secs and gave it everything I had to get it done but wasn’t happening- arms gave outfailure was achieved.
Rest day is tommorow I’m really hoping that this breakthrough continues and I’m able to get this sort of volume moving forward

Get well quick brother!hey guys quick update....
so in my last training log update I talk about the increased dosages of DECA just starting to shine and on the day I noticed the huge difference in strength increase the wife contacted me towards the end of my session to let me know that the herself and our 2 boys had fallen sick from play group... well sure enough I got sick straight away lol. couldn't train last Thursday and Friday and have been bid ridden since the weekend... everything is a struggle for me at the moment. iv had double pneumonia from my younger years as a street kid where I was into heavy drug use for 10 years... so I have a heap of scaring on my lungs which always makes getting colds in winter worse as I find it much harder to shift everything. had to call in sick from work this week as I'm just to unwell to do anything.. this has forced me into a health phase as I refuse to use large amounts of gear when I'm this sick..... was really looking forward to going all out for the next few weeks but just not possible now given the current circumstances.
Dropped to sports TRT: 160mg e3.5days test CYP and 100mg primo E e3.5days. never tried test C but heard because it has one less carbon atom that this particular testosterone ester is less watery and having a similar half life to test E I thought I would give it a crack - again I know I might cop some flack for this as this this is enhanced sports TRT - primo has such a low side effect profile - easily the lowest of any anabolic and my reasoning behind adding this to my cruise is that it will keep e2 down and help keep me nice and dry whilst feeling good with its immune system enhancing properties (I LOVE this compound haha) - could easily just lie about my dosages but I never will - I believe in honestly and transparency right down the MG. keeping GH @ 2iu upon waking and 2iu before bed as I love what its doing for me and improving all regenerative processes in the body, my hopes is that it will help me heal, as I usually get secondary lung infections which I want to avoid as when that happens im generally out of action for at least 3 months.
was really hoping to just beat this and keep the blast going but looks like healing is going to take a little while so I just have to roll with the punches

It does spike blood sugars quite drastically. When I decide to go back on I most likely will go with 2IU per day 5 days a week. At least check about taking metformin for blood sugar control.

Energy has been really low it has been really rough, I’m just trying to focus on taking care of myself so i can get back to the gym I’m missing training so much bro it’s killing me
