Fasted Weight: 88.4
Sleep: 7 hours

Training:
Upper 2:

SL Ham Curl: 50x10, 40x14, 30x16
Safety Bar Squat: 110x9, 90x13
Watson SL Leg Press:120x 9, x9, 80x17
Toe Press- 125x12, x12, 105x14

Weird one today, on my final set of safety bar squats I was feeling a bit funky adductor wise. I did complete all movements but left out direct adductor work, glute bridge and leg extension because I’ve found with the extension as the weights got heavy my adductors have to stabilise a lot more. I feel totally fine with them walking around and don’t feel pain but I’m taking a smart decision and taking it easy for 2-3 days now lower wise. Not worth creating an issue in the future for the sake of doing a few more sets today. But overloaded all my big movements anyway so relatively happy and it’s enough stimulus so not a wasted session.

One PL trick is to push out with the outer thigh muscles as you squat

Good photo update nice progress

7 hours of sleep is solid try to push for eight

very nice job man much respect for the changes you're making

definitely listen to your body that's the way to do this

treating this like a marathon and not a Sprint is how people stay healthy long-term

don't just take a week off but do some deloading and cardio

Fasted Weight: 88.2
Sleep: 9 hours

Rest day today, Sunday upper next.

Sides:

No Sides to report as of yet. Feeling immense and training numbers don’t lie. Looking forward to checking in tomorrow. Can really feel my lower progressing which has always been the case. But with a training break for a few months it’s flying up. Only sides I’m having is feeling like a 14 year old boy again, presume the tren is starting to kick…😂

Doing good

Overall happy this week conditioning is holding relatively well considering I’ve been smashing cals for months on end now. Posing needs to improve a lot too but always been a week point.

Sides:
No sides to report as of yet. Feeling fantastic.

Been here about 20 months give or take now! Just Aussie coco pops! Chocolate here is definitely no where near as good though
Coming upto my 4th Christmas here.

I've almost forgotten what english chocolate tastes like.

I still miss the bacon though. I don't think it's nearly as tastey here.

100% on the bacon. Honestly feel the meat at home in Ireland anyway is a much higher quality personally.

Mrs didn’t even get me a selection box last year, was severely disappointed😂

I agree mate.

Dare I say it, but I think food in general is better back home.

But I'll trade food for what on the whole is just a better life.

2 months of cold here and maybe 2 months of excessive heat and life is just peachy.

Im not far from you in Australia terms. In between Melbourne and Adelaide in the desert.

I would 100% agree food is better in general! Although it seems Australia is catching up quite a bit in relation to supplements and what’s available now, although you’d be a lot more qualified than me to comment on that

But I will also agree lifestyle is 10 times better here! Hard to describe but at home there’s just a constant overhang of misery and begrudging amongst people😂 that’s what I’ve experienced but it could possibly be different for you over in the uk.

It’s nice to escape the city life though! I used to live smack bang in the city but moved out to the suburbs! Space is a big one, almost was feeling a bit stuff just being surrounded by people non stop

Cyb Adductor: 81x8, 67x11
SL Ham Curl: 55x9, 45x13
Cybex Seat Ham: 58x8, 45x12
BB RDL: 150x5, 115x11
Technogym 45 degree Leg Press: 140 p/s x 9, 100 p/s x 13
Toe Press: 135x9, x8, 105 x 15

Big day today especially with the RDL I’m extremely pleased. Nearly snapped me in half though😂 hamstring was feeling good and overloaded the isolations but again was just careful of picking up a twinge. That weird adductor thing the other day has totally gone so obviously the smart decision taking the other lower day easy. switched out the Cybex leg press. Feel I ran it extremely high and kinda hit a spot where I didn’t trust the machine to handle more load and I didn’t feel secure and comfy. So moved to a technogym 45 degree leg press which felt fantastic. Set a baseline today which I’m relatively happy with, it can also be loaded heavier so I’m extremely keen to give that a big run to end out the cycle. Otherwise extremely happy with today’s session and looking forward to a deserved rest day tomorrow.

@BigCheese2000 awesome workouts brother. How's your back progressing?
Progressing nicely I reckon! Defo feeling muscle there I haven’t felt before😂I’ve slightly upped volume in my upper back movement and my lat movement to bring on that taper alright though! Have age on my side luckily enough so I’m not too stressed about progressing too quickly

Absolutely insane session today everything absolutely just rocketed up today. First day where I truly felt “trenlike”. Still another 12 weeks to run the shit out of these numbers. In regards to sides I just feel fantastic nothing bad to report as of yet. Only positive sides. Physique wise weight has pretty much remained similar but composition has improved so delighted with that.

Great session today feeling very fresh after a few days off. Heading into a new training black after running an upper lower for maybe the last 4 months. I was just feeling I’d either have a really strong back day or push day on each upper so decided to fully split up to get the most from each session. Few new movements. Incline skullcrusher which was fantastic. Pretty happy overall and really keen for pull day tomorrow

Mega day day. Intensity was on point, although puked a tiny bit after😂 reckon it’s the increased heat and high intensity. But massive overload on everything. Body feels immaculate no niggles or strange knocks going on! Feeling increased temp for sure! Tren is defo kicking🚀

Training:
Pull 1:

Prime Dual Arm Pulldown: 80x8, x8, 60x12
T-Bar Row: 60x6, 45x13, 32.5x14
Hammer Strength SA Row: 60 p/s x 8, 40 p/s x 12
Prime Seated Row: 75x8, 50x12
Rear Delt Fly: 33x14, 26x17
SA Preacher: 10x 8, x8
Incline DB Curl: 12x9, x8

Fantastic Pull today, similar movements except for the prime pulldown and hammer Strength row which felt fantastic. Happy numbers wise everything overloaded and up a rep or two otherwise. Training has been insane, aggression and numbers have skyrocketed.

Sides:
Nothing to report as of yet. I do get a few spots when pushing dosages but no massive breakout or cystic acne which is good. Feel great overall. Only positive sides really.
Workout looks great.

looking really good man you're on your way

these workouts are definitely hardcore

keep up with the diet and keep the pictures coming

good job on the volume you're getting some good results

Nutrition:
Slight change up to nutrition which has defo been coming for a few weeks at this point. Transitioning into a minicut for 4-6 weeks. Digestion has been meh, appetite has been fairly poor. Feel a bit of a caloric break would be good to resensetise. Also linking up with my old coach again from back home. Plan was always to get a coach a year out from comp so he can learn how I work. The coach is fantastic and has already worked with me for 6 months so has a fair idea where I’m at anyway. Wont be for another few weeks as I have a holiday to box off first with the Mrs. Will just be eyeballing cals on holidays and watching what I’m eating but won’t stress. Will also be following my split as normal because I’m a 6am wake up person and she’s more 9:30-10am😂

Sides:
Feel pretty fantastic. @DofRandD goodies are most definitely working the pump the last few sessions has been outrageous. Always generous and looking after all the logging boys👌

Quite excited for this fat loss phase. Will be keeping drugs the exact same. Didn’t plan on using anything else for this fat loss phase but I’m sure if anyone has any ideas on dosages and compounds I would love to know. Will throw up my training log soon have a good day folks🦍

Few new movements so again just establishing a baseline again today. But quite pleased overall. Pump was insane especially tricep wise haven’t felt like that in a good while. Thought they would rip with every rep😂
