Reached 166bpm on cardio as i pushed a little but everything was perfect.

Currently awake at 2:30 AM, as I woke up to pee my bpm started rising for no reason ( it happened already a couple of times), tried to calm down and as I have a new BP machine I decided to see if everything was ok... got some irregular heartbeats 🤦 and got more agitated cuz of the scare...got on the couch and tried to calm down, and measured again to see how it was and the pulse was not irregular any more.
I'm pretty sure is because of anxiety ( caused from work and low e2 as well im sure), im lowering the e2 and will do bloodwork this week ( it's time i guess...), on another note at night like you guys can see my BP is higher than it is during the day.
I'm thinking of lowering the test dose and titrate down clenbuterol as well.
Not gonna lie this time i got a bit scared.
If someone had experience like this I'd appreciate your two cents.

I have had an irregular heartbeat since I was in school. I tried clen once and hated it. I don't like the jittery restless leg syndrome feeling I got from it. My wife also tried and she hated it too.

have you looked into slu-pp-332? like clen without the shit sides, I myself cant take clen either, stuffs my heart around. ive only just started on it but i know Justin knows about it from the youtube guys, worth a try :)

A lot of times when we wake up at night to pee, it's hard to go back to sleep.

That's pretty common with people.
 
One suggestion I have is pee into one of those devices while you're sleeping so you don't have to get up and it interrupts your sleep.
 
is there a way to pee into a cup or bucket while you lay in bed?

You don't want to have to keep getting up at night to pee and it interrupts your sleep.
 
A lot of people have that issue where they get up at night and can't go back to sleep. You can look it up, it's pretty common, but the gear in the Clen are not helping.

Performance down you guys can see why below, on a note pre workout instead of dissolving sub lingual I i basically ingested Anavar since I was hypersalivating...surely it didn't had the effect of sub lingual...

Looking pretty freaky at the gym but will save the judgement for Friday on the check in pictures one day after the refeed.
Tomorrow Leg day and 865 grams of CARBS for the refeed, hopefully I will not spill out( it shouldn't happen)

FUNNY Note, yesterday at work i think i was about to go hypo and took like 15g of sugar and felt better.

Now time to go walk at the park another 85 minutes 😀

I'm struggling and I'm not sure how sustainable it is since I have to maintain my pace while working...
Definitely saw a big reduction in BF that's for sure.
Difficult no carbs no fat just protein, stay strong @electus

you ever tried the phillips one blade? if not have a look at it, I am a very hairy arab man and it has literally saved my body hair issues haha, alot of the pros use it to as they got the shits with razors and bad shavers (manscaped has caused many a skimmed nutsack for me hahah)

Still taking 1g of testosterone enanthate weekly and 40mg of anavar daily.

This is the amount of food that im eating now.
Note i told my coach that im doing more cardio and eating less kcals that he suggested will see if he tell me to fuck off or keep going since im losing fat very fast, I can do another 6 weeks like this since weirdly enough my hunger is lower than expected and I prefer being to lean than not lean enough.
The leaner i am the better I will look and the better the rebound will be, I also told him that I will not add more compounds ( i could've add winstrol) since being my first show, and i want to preserve health for the future.
In my mind it makes more sense making more gains in the rebound and being healthy and then next year when i have more muscles i will he more competitive instead of having to stop because of health reason.

On nothing bro I just work train walk and sleep 😂, I only eat more before going to work since I work in a pizzeria just to not being annoyed by food but not because of hunger or cravings.

Still 5 and a half week to get in shape for the show, unfortunately i doubt I'll be truly conditioned but I already known the mistakes that I've done, one of the most important is to not get to much out of shape in the Off-season.

You can get really peeled in 5 weeks, easy actually. @electus you're close now.

With shoulders i range from 15 reps to 30 even and always got great results as you can see from pictures, the weight it 14,75kg so 32,5 lbs on this machine

I believe that everyone should appoint what version and brand of equipment they're using since the lack of specifications can be confusing, for example i lf I did 32,5 lbs free weights it would be very different and then again it would not reflect the amount of muscle mass in have in my lateral delts.
I see some guys here that are writing very high numbers on their lifts often neglecting to clarify the brand and type of machine, or without posting executional videos or photos.
