With shoulders i range from 15 reps to 30 even and always got great results as you can see from pictures, the weight it 14,75kg so 32,5 lbs on this machine

I believe that everyone should appoint what version and brand of equipment they're using since the lack of specifications can be confusing, for example i lf I did 32,5 lbs free weights it would be very different and then again it would not reflect the amount of muscle mass in have in my lateral delts.
I see some guys here that are writing very high numbers on their lifts often neglecting to clarify the brand and type of machine, or without posting executional videos or photos.

Still need to dialed in the legs but getting closer, been drinking more water lately and got tighter and less "watery" and will keep it like that, will go back to 30 mg of Aromasin ED again next week to help with water retention specially on the lower body.

Pancakes were pre or post training ? they look perfect but you have to eat them with a protein shake.

It's a Bodybuilding gym with pros and competitors so they go whenever they want and not at busy times like 3 to 6 pm.
Hammer Strength machines are some of the best.

Wow, solid amount of time walking. Equipment looking good too.
Right now i like more the walking in the park than the training since I don't see myself looking good at home, Bodybuilders at the gym are telling i look good and that's all in my mind lol.
Honestly I'm fine with looking bad at home with those lights, my coach as well told me it's better to take pictures with bad lighting cuz when you look good on them it means your lean.

Appreciated man, yesterday in the check in i probably broke my coach balls with a lot of questions and shit lol.
Still im biting my hands specially about my lower body composition 😬😬😬.
I'm looking to get a treadmill to put at home so I can walk at night after my day walk and whenever I have free timei think i can squeeze hrs a day more with that.
 
Small comment (might need a massage etc). You're holding your right arm a tad higher in pics. Not sure why
Your right, I've always done it it seems like i do it naturally and massage didn't change that, i need to be more aware of my roght arm is it seems.
I plan to improve my posing in the future, I just hope to not embarass myself to much at the show 😂

Today will train with my friend and will get some gym pictures to post this evening.

I'm getting tighter by the day, can feel it in my hamstring and glutes, the film of water and fat are slowly getting thinner and thinner.

I just finished 30 day with 30mg of Raloxifene, will get surgery later on.
I would keep going on the raloxifene if you can. @electus

Done now 2hrs and a half treadmill 5kmh.
Today i got some salmon sushi, not really dialing for the hunger or anything really, got some carbs wich will be stored in the muscles so nothing really changing calorie wise.
Will probably not gonna get more carbs until peak week so yeah not a damage really.
Yesterday's got 1hrs and 5 minutes on the treadmill just because I had chores to do and didn't planned the day correctly.
Tomorrow leg so will use this carbs and will see how much cardio I'll be doing.
