I believe that everyone should appoint what version and brand of equipment they're using since the lack of specifications can be confusing, for example i lf I did 32,5 lbs free weights it would be very different and then again it would not reflect the amount of muscle mass in have in my lateral delts.
I see some guys here that are writing very high numbers on their lifts often neglecting to clarify the brand and type of machine, or without posting executional videos or photos.
That machine in the photo goes up to 85kg (187 lbs), the weight that i lifted was 32.5 lbs on Lateral Raisesonly goes to 32.5 lbs bro i see machine at my gym i think 50+

big quads bro the quads of a champion @electusReceived coach response this morning, Upper getting there but we need the lower body as well.
Still need to dialed in the legs but getting closer, been drinking more water lately and got tighter and less "watery" and will keep it like that, will go back to 30 mg of Aromasin ED again next week to help with water retention specially on the lower body.
