No way I could fit both 2 x 170gram homemade burger patties good hit of protein ill chuck in a protein shake later
170grams I had to look that up so thats 12 oz burger no problem :D we slam that easy @Grumpy

Oh yeah, don't inject anything into your back.

Probably, the best thing is to use a slin pin and inject into some body fat or some muscle.
 
Make sure you're also taking the time to stretch as well. That's very important, especially post-workout.
