• Single arm cable high row- 3 sets 12-15 reps 70kgs
• Neutral grip lat pulldown - 2 sets 10-12 reps 103kgs
• Machine preacher curl - 3 sets 12-15 reps 71kgs
• Incline dumbbell curls - 2 sets 8-10 reps 20kgs each side


Huge workout, huge pump.
Pre workout stack- 1 scoop of dialed carnage, 1 scoop of Axe and Sledge hydraulic, 5g of creatine monohydrate, 5mg of cialis.
