I 100% believe in not counting calories as well. i think it does more harm than good. makes people more likely to cheat on their diets to 'fit macros' when it makes no sense

If I was trying to step on stage or something I feel it’s necessary but alittle tidy up it feels like the neuroticism wouldn’t be worth the extra results.

Yeah I had a period where I ate cleaner and more often but I would be way more prone to binging eating like this I can stay consistent and have seen better results. Being a former giant fat piece of shit I still have that demon living in my head and he needs to be kept happy also.

as long as you get on retatrutide or a GLP1 like semaglutide the binge eating will stop broly

Sneaky fasted Sunday arms day. About 18 hours into another 36 hour which will be my last extended fast for this cut. Hoping to wake up tomorrow in the high 95kg mark.

Dropped hgh to 5iu a day for awhile as I’ll be traveling for the next few weeks and won’t be justifying it. Skin has tightened up everywhere considerably thanks to @Core Pharma hgh and ghkcu, going to try another blast of ghkcu with some microneedling and high hgh later this year and see if I can fix it further. Some areas will need surgery if I really want to get it taunt but I am pretty happy with the results and likely won’t be bothered getting sliced up.

Reverse grip tricep extensions 10-15 reps x 3
DB JM press 16kg 13,9,6
Cable push downs super set with cable hammer curls.
Incline DB curls 16kg 15,15,12
Preacher curls with fat bar 22kg 11,9
Wrist curls, wrist extensions

Legs have come up a lot this year but still have some more growing to do before I am happy and can chill out abit. One more push in July and I might finally be happy (doubt).

Return from Albania.

Beautiful country, cool people had a great time. Down to 91kg which is a 4kg drop which is pretty good considering my diet was Dutch biscuits and nose beers for 5 days. Managed to get afew training sessions in with some old school gear like this thing.

Because my bowel was moved it feels like I’ve been cut in half so anything bending or twisting is hard and when you are used to throwing yourself around in bed sleeping is a nightmare thank God for benzos. 50mg tramadol twice a day as I don’t want to eat the oxy they gave me else I won’t be able to shit and that’s a fate worth than death.

Yeah I am off everything bar weed as of today. Regulations are very tight in Aus anyway so they really only let you go with 1 days worth

wow hernias are def something we need to be careful with. how do you think you got it in the first place? @FattyAU i got one a while back from deadlifts

Woke up with a hernia… doctor has rushed me to emergency as they are concerned as it painful to touch. 7 hours so far in emergency but looks like surgery today. Thank god for public health care. Probably means this upcoming push is going to be alittle delayed.

@FattyAU yes you are very lucky. something like that in America you would have been having to pay tens of thousands for. i'm glad you got it taken care of
 
Log is about to get alittle dull for afew weeks once but I am back on my feet I am going to really dial in to make up for lost time.

36 hours post surgery I can walk and have started alittle hgh. BPC, tb500 and ghkcu will be added in next week as well as a small amount of anavar to assist with healing. Test/mast dropped to 175/175

Because my bowel was moved it feels like I’ve been cut in half so anything bending or twisting is hard and when you are used to throwing yourself around in bed sleeping is a nightmare thank God for benzos. 50mg tramadol twice a day as I don’t want to eat the oxy they gave me else I won’t be able to shit and that’s a fate worth than death.

First poop since surgery. Fucking nightmare but we got it out. Thought you would all like to stay informed. Only spent 2 days on opioids luckily else the constipation would have killed me.

Home now and walking around actually feeling not too bad really, just alittle Panadol every 8 hours and afew doobs and I am sweet.

Hopefully I can start careful seated unilateral calves, tibs, forearms in 7 days already starting to get itchy to start lifting again so might need to take up gaming or something so I don’t go insane
