Blast phase is cracking into gear!!

Switching to daily administration

Weekly doses:
500mg test cyp up from 350mg
350mg mast p
50mg Anadrol prewo

 Food

High carb on back, quad and ham training days. ~5000 cals
280g Protein, 790g carb, 85g fats

500mg metformin xr upon waking, just got myself a blood glucose monitor. Will be tracking tomorrow to make sure it stays in range with these new macros.

Im confident that im in good hands, @AE1079 has been really helpful with his coaching, we are making lots of progress and I can definitely see myself on stage sometime next year, I want to make my first ever show a good one and make an impression

Quad day

Was feeling pretty fatigued today, ended up having a nap for 3 or so hours.

woke up, felt guilty, carbed up, good training today with rice cakes and honey gave me the instant boost I needed.

They are a new staple on my high carb days and they are better than crack 💦

Bad news/good news

Bad news ive got another surgery in a couple weeks, Good news ill have my nerve damage all fixed up in ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel.

Got the next couple weeks to keep pushing for growth. I've been performing really well in the gym so soon after my last surgery so I'm hoping recovery this time is as good.

Still been pumping GH, bpc, tb500 and ghk-cu

I have a vial of KPV to trial after my next surgery too.

swapped the chicken thighs out for breast to bring fats down, removed chilli to help with digestion

Always eating good, nothing better than simple foods done well.

Freshest ingredients I can get, plenty of variety through the week but simple enough meal plan that it's easy to follow

Bad news/good news

Bad news ive got another surgery in a couple weeks, Good news ill have my nerve damage all fixed up in ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel.

Got the next couple weeks to keep pushing for growth. I've been performing really well in the gym so soon after my last surgery so I'm hoping recovery this time is as good.

Still been pumping GH, bpc, tb500 and ghk-cu

The new improved high carb day is a lot more managable. I've dropped the reta totally for the time being to help with appetite. Replaced the chicken thighs with breast. Using honey and rice cakes to keep food volume lower so I'm not feeling heavy and full.

Weight is still slowly coming up, fasted at 89.1kg this morning. I'm much leaner than I was prior to starting with @AE1079 very happy with how I've been growing on all @Liquid Gold Labs products

Really excited to grow some big quads and hams during this off season in preparation for competing next year.

Another successful day, high carb days going down easy.

Checked my BG levels 1 hour post last meal 5.4mmol/L after 750 grams of carbs

Everything looking good, feeling a bit depleted after my low carb days, spoke to coach.

We are going to be increasing the food on both days as my metabolism is on fire still been getting leaner

Training went alright today, looking leaner than ever. I've never had veins like this on my legs or calves

Ulnar nerve & carpal tunnel decompression done, little bit sore will just try and be extra cautious that I don't sleep on it.

Remedy Pharmaco, been getting them off a friend for a long time, has always been consistent for me so haven't had any reason to go elsewhere.

Used them for over a year or so now and been happy with the products and easy for me to source.

Quality seems to be on par with approved sources ive used in the past.

I did recommend to him to possibly become a vendor on here a while ago

I sure do and theres good reasons for that.

Not advertising them and they're not available to the general public
Good for them lol :P but I still prefer our trusted suppliers who put in the work.

@willipede had the same injury years ago when i was going balls to the wall
what helped me greatly was boosting mobility in my shoulder, elbow and wrist. lots of yoga and tai chi

damn dude that is a brutal injury. those nerve issues are a pain in the ass @willipede hopefully the procedure helps keep us informed
 
@willipede had the same injury years ago when i was going balls to the wall
what helped me greatly was boosting mobility in my shoulder, elbow and wrist. lots of yoga and tai chi

Shoulder mobility has improved a massive amount over the last couple of years which has been great.

Still need to work on supination of the wrists. I'm sure this will all improve with my physio and rehab work once I get to that stage.

I actually just started mat pilates again, will be going back once a week after a bit of recovery
