New lows again this week and everything seems to be all coming together now so the next 4-6 weeks will be very interesting on the look.
Main focus is just keeping me still full and not flatten off to much this early on in prep so half week check ins with the boss to look over if 2 high days are needed to keep this flat white boy full and progressing well.
Very happy with this look so far and it’s only going to get better from here let’s keep digging and bring home what I know I can do.
