πŸ”₯ Smashed a 4am shoulder + arm session this morning, all numbers and intensity are up on my lifts each week now, along with body weight tending upwards to.

πŸ“‹ Feeling amazing all round at week 5 of my push phase. Super healthy, digestion is perfect, and having the confidence in coaches plan moving forward to make me look like I lift.

🧬 bonus for performance: after a little extra help and cues with training advice, intensity and form from coach @R. AP I had a gruelling arms session today and the best one yet.

Hahah Yeha bro I tottaly get it bro but it will slow my digestion of carbs down by adding the protein, only because I’m eating this at 3:00 am then at the gym not even 30 minutes later - all macros and tracked my brother I don’t leave things to chance - it’s simple as having 70g of carbs in me with my slin - the EAAs and total daily protein intake is always my first focus only due to such early gym session.

But thank you as always for the love and support on the log πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

This meal looks cracker, is a bit like a rice pudding?

I tried doing my own vanilla ones like this a while ago but I think I was doing them the most difficult way possible so gave up because of the prep time

It’s kind of like the texture of rice pudding, I eat it cold as I’m smashing it at 3:30am

I’ll talk you though how to make it if you like - it’s super easy bro

…but honestly you could have cream of rice instead and probably be better, I use Jasmin for this as it’s not high volume but high carbs for my pre workout
 
I might have to try it your way, I'd just use sushi rice for it instead of jasmyn

Not a big fan of cream of rice but I've only had pre made flavoured ones, which weren't very nice
Yeah sushi rice is elite bro - it’s my go to after Jasmin

Agreed on the pre made cream of rice they suck, I make mine myself if I do from ground rice flour

Both will be mad creamy if you add whey, but for what I’m doing I don’t need.

I’ll flick you a msg later how to make bro be easier lol

AP And slowly getting better at taking the top sets to failure and beyond failure, including destroying what previous notions of failure have been.
