
EVO log update: Tuesday - shoulders + arms

Happy Tuesday EVO FAMILY, hope all my bros are off to a killer start of three week!

Smashed a 4am shoulder + arm session this morning, all numbers and intensity are up on my lifts each week now, along with body weight tending upwards to.

Feeling amazing all round at week 5 of my push phase. Super healthy, digestion is perfect, and having the confidence in coaches plan moving forward to make me look like I lift.

meals stay the same - This is still my top fav meal lately (itβs meal 3 and 5 in my plan) chicken, rice, beans, carrots, sprouts, almond butter, chilli.
